Unchained Eidolon & Undead Appearance

It came up in one of our games recently that the Disease Evolution in the Unchained Book states that it can apply to Eidolons with the Undead Appearance Evolution. Does this mean that Unchained Eidolons can have the Undead Appearance Evolution or is this just noted for those that still play regular Summoners?

As best I can tell, the Disease Evolution is in the Horror Realms Campaign Setting, not in Pathfinder Unchained.

I don't have that book handy, but from the way the Disease evolution is written up at d20pfsrd and the Archives of Nethys, it looks like its prerequisites were written so that either a chained or an unchained eidolon could qualify for it (chained via the Undead Appearance evolution, or unchained via an appropriate subtype). I am guessing that the people updating those sites saw the subtypes mentioned and assumed that the evolution was available only to an unchained summoner.

Does the entry in Horror Realms actually have any text limiting the Disease evolution to an unchained summoner?

Sorry for misquoting the origin, Someone told me it was in the Unchained book. I concur that if this is from another source, it was probably done to include both sources. The way it's written where I was looking is

Requirement(s): Aberrant, daemon, demon, or devil subtype or the undead appearance evolution; summoner level 7th. Source PCS:HR

Now I'm see the origin your speaking of, but since all these unchained subtypes do not have able to access the Undead Appearance Evolution, the 3rd party source most likely does not mean that Undead Appearance is a requirement to gain the new Evolution.

That evolution is from a Pathfinder Campaign Setting book by Paizo (sorry for mangling the reference), not a 3rd party source.
