* Any Vigilante that chooses the Stalker Specialization can select Rogue Talent (Ex) from Level 2 for Ki Pool (Ex).
* A Magus(Esoteric) has the Ki Arcana (Su), which counts as a Ki Pool for Feat and ability prerequisites; if you obtain an actual Ki Pool via other means, points from each can be used interchangeably, (effectively using it as a second pool of Ki).
Drunken master monks get drunken ki at 3rd level. It's not clear whether you can use that as normal ki.
Ki mystic monks get ki at 3rd level, more at 4th.
Hungry ghost monk 5 regains ki on crits and when an enemy is reduced to zero HP.
A character with ki arcana (a magus arcana) can use ki and arcane pool interchangeably. Requires a ki pool and {magus 6, or blade adept arcanist 6, or VMC magus & character level 7}.
Esoteric magus gets a similar ability at level 4.
VMC Monk & character level 11 gets a ki pool.
Eldritch scoundrel rogue 4 can spend prepared spells in place of ki points.
@BENSLAYER: Any character that can get the Rogue Talent Ki Pool can get ki at the first level they can get the talent. That is why I listed the talent and not the rogue.
@avr: The Eldritch scoundrel can use Rogue Talents and Ninja Tricks that deal with ki by using spell power, but they do not get a ki pool, nor does this ability count as a ki pool.

Beyond the low-levels, Meditation Crystals become a disposable 100gp consumable; i.e., just fill your haversack to overflowing with them, and never be without Ki again.
How? You only regain ki if it is activated by a channel, and the activation lasts no more than 24 hours.

They do have that limitation. --But if the GM tells you that the climactic boss encounter is "this session" and to "be prepared", and you've divined it's in the BBEG's murder-death-trap mansion in the city, well, you can reasonably deduce to within a day when a fat pile of the things would be very handy.
Slogging randomly through the wilderness, not so much.
There is a feat: Elemental Ki that allows you to take burn to pay for abilities that require Ki.
