It says if you successfully overcharge a wand, it becomes broken.
The broken condition talks about HP and BT, but I don't see where those stats are listed for wands.
Is there a spell that fixes magic items? Mending only seems to work on non-magical.
Anyhow I am confused on how to fix wands, and I am sure it's hidden away somewhere in the book, but I cannot find it.
On a related note, if the wand is "destroyed" does this mean it is gone for good, or is there a specific game definition of "destroyed" that means something different?

The best we have are the generic material rules on page 577.
Thin wood is hardness 3, hp 12, BT 6
Thin metal is hardness 5, hp 20, BT 10
As far as DC, it goes normally: "The GM sets the DC, but it’s usually about the same DC to Repair a given item as it is to Craft it in the first place."
So a wood wand that gets damaged by overcharge takes 6 hp damage.

Anything destroyed cannot be Repaired and is effectively gone for good short of the 10th-level remake spell. It is implied (mostly by remake, also by common sense) that the item turns to itty-bitty bits or at worst dust, rather than vaporizing, but the only use of those remnants AFAICT is casting remake.
