So I have seen several products appear in the Upcoming August 2019 releases in the last day and then disappear.
Gamemastery Guide (we knew about this one)
Deluxe Gamemastery Guide
Critical Hit Deck
Critical Fumble Deck
Lost Omens Character Guide (We knew this one too)
Castle Flip Mat (I think it was a Bigger one)
They all linked to non-existent page. They have all been pulled now, but some possible release spoilers there.

I hope we can get a real answer to what that Advanced GM Screen is before next month's auths are run, as I may want to cancel my pre-ordered GM screen if this one is better in my opinion.

My guess: It's a (free?) PDF that will be released on Day 1 with the character creation rules for these ancestries, and maybe other rules elements like backgrounds, the regional dedications, etc. Still guessing here: Paizo are bummed that the Lost Omens World guide won't be ready for August 1, and are putting out the rules so that people don't need to wait the month to play their PFS 2.0 or Age of Ashes characters that they have been theorycrafting based on the spoilers/reveals released so far.
Edit: Looks like i'm wrong! Guess that was some wishful thinking.![](/WebObjects/Frameworks/Ajax.framework/WebServerResources/wait30.gif)

No, this product was previewed at the PaizoCon banquet. It is a hardback with added character options, including the three ancestries cited by Mark. I think it is supposed to come out in either November or December.

it is also in 4k, rather than 1080p. The deluxe, advanced GM screen is in an amazing 8k!

Ahh, okay. I guess I had those products conflated; I thought those options would be in the first Lost Omens book, releasing in August.

All Jokes aside, I would LOVE a LANDSCAPE Pathfinder GM Screen with a tri-panel make instead of a portait quad-panel. I don't have a high stool to GM from anymore and I like to actually SEE the map without standing up or walking around the table.
IIRC, the PF2 default GM screen is landscape, although I think its 4 panel. I believe you can order the portrait version as well direct off of the Paizo site.

So there are 2 coming out next month. The regular GM screen is portrait and the Paizo.com exclusive is landscape.

No, you have it backwards. If you go to the Release Schedule link, it states that the Paizo Exclusive one is portrait.

Whoops, yep I flipped which was which, my confusion. Still not sure what the Advanced GM Screen is going to be though.

I feel exactly the same! I am very curious about how it's different from the ones currently available to pre-order / whether I should change my pre-order. Also I hope that whatever the Advanced GM Screen is, that it is also available in landscape

I think on the product description thread they mentioned that the Advanced GM Screen will have tables from the Game Mastery Guide, instead of info from the Core Rulebook. Kinda hard to know which you will find more useful until you get it in your hands, though.

I'm going to be honest: Unless you're the kind of GM who can and eventually does memorize all the info on the regular screen (which is an advanced GM I guess, but that doesn't apply to every advanced GM I know), it's probably the regular one. Now if you have table space to build a little GM fort with both screens, then you have the ultimate GM screen I guess :D

The instant a GM decides they know everything and no longer need help is the instant they stop growing in skill as a GM. :-P
in a way, isn't this how irori became a god, though, james? you trying to keep us from obtaining godhood?

Who said Irori is still growing in skill? ;-)

The caption was wrong. They corrected it, and mentioned it in the comments, but didn't pull the image.

Huh, critical fumble decks. My group likes fumbles, but I haven't thought of a way to implement them gracefully with the -10 rule and multiple attack penalties. I hope we get guidance on when it is appropriate to use a fumble, and not just a deck. That's like giving an Uzi to a monkey.
