Mark's at it again guys. He posted a thread on Facebook about a much bigger update than multiclassing feats coming in the next rules update, and when I asked him for a hint the title here is his exact quote.
Extrapolate, theorize, and guess away, seems we're in need of a decent discussion thread as most conversations here seem to be running somewhat dry.
Please rampage responsibly and respectfully.

Skill DC tables! It wouldn't actually be a big change but I feel like we are in dire need of them in the skills section, they could almost be copy and pasted from PF1.
More seriously (hard for me) I think removing the RP cost for infused items completely would help alchemists a bit though maybe it's more dramatic than that.

I think you're reading too much into this. This is a perfectly innocuous thing to say.
Updating skills, alchemist infusions, hunted target, and bleed/persistent damage rules.
If I were to guess.
More seriously, I think you're mostly correct, but something about the "additional information beyond that" makes me think there's something else going on, as "additional" and "beyond that" are redundant, and I could see that slipping through if you aren't trying to craft a message with implicit information, but it seems too off to me not to think there's something in that last bit.

Hmm. Perception is a possible thing as well, or unseen/sensed/concealed specifically.
If we break it down and assume every piece is relevant...
"It would take skills" - Skill DCs
"to infuse" - very likely to be alchemist and infusions, though there are some other matches in the text
"a response" - reactions, or possibly just alluding to the reply
"with the target you're looking for" - Perception/seeking?
"without bleeding" - persistent damage
"additional information beyond that" - more likely than not alluding to the reply
Theoretical alternate guess: infused now includes a target, and it doesn't cost that target any Resonance.

Now I'm intrigued about the missing one.
Maybe changes to the way INT effects skills? Perhaps changes to Gather Information as an action or to identify monsters?
Could be something related to "response"
Missing doesn't necessarily mean no one has come up with an explanation for that part yet, I mean missing in terms of "at least one part does not yet have a correct interpretation."
