Disrupting Concentrate on a Spell

CONCENTRATE ON A SPELL
[Concentrate] Requirements You have at least one spell active with a concentration duration, and you are not fatigued.

Choose one spell with a concentration duration you have in effect. The duration of that spell continues until the end of your next turn. Some spells may have slightly different or expanded effects if you concentrate. Concentrating on a Spell for more than 10 minutes (60 rounds) ends the spell and makes you fatigued.

If you take damage equal to or greater than your level from a reaction or free action triggered by this action, your spell is disrupted and immediately dismissed.

So, my first thought about disrupting with a reaction was Attack of Opportunity, but Concentrate on a Spell doesn't meet the criteria for triggering that. Can anyone direct me to other reactions that this action triggers?

Readied actions occur as Reactions (I ready an action to shoot him with an arrow when he concentrates on the flame sphere).

There are some monster reactions (like the Balor's) that trigger off a concentrate action.

That's pretty meta, but I guess you're right.

Verdant Wheel

Wow it's pretty easy to disrupt ongoing spells then?

Damage equal to your level?

Does this include casting the spell in the first place?

There's a wizard feat that increases it to level x 2, but I feel like most attacks will still do more than that.

Disruptive, level 10 fighter feat, p. 93:

"The slightest distraction can provoke your wrath. As long as you are in this stance, you don’t take the normal –2 penalty when you make an Attack of Opportunity. Your Attack of Opportunity is triggered when a creature within your reach uses an action that has the concentrate trait."

Note that e.g. Readying an Action also has the concentrate trait, so you can trigger on that too with this feat...

You only lose your spell if you take damage during your turn while using the concentrate on a spell action.
