Edit: looks like 4 of the 5 sessions of Into the Unknown I ran are not being counted, as they have some kind of warning that I ran it before.
I have those too. Its a general warning and should not affect a game being counted.
I do now have 5 novas showing op on my GM tab, did not have that before.
I have a similar problem. I have 5 Novas listed in my profile but only one is showing up on my card. I should have two since I now have 30 tables completed.
Any idea when this can be corrected/fixed?
Thanks.
Fixed! Yeah!
Thanks!

In amongst all of this, I have a table count question.
My table count definitely dropped sometime after February. When it happened, I'm not certain. I got my hundredth-and-one table in February, and then I GMed every week, plus occasional AP chapters and PBP game GM credits and conventions. I know I should be higher than 111 tables.
So here is what I have noticed when I went digging through my games: the skittershot and skittercrash modules have dropped from two GM credits to one. So I must ask the OrgPlay Leadership team: was this intentional? I know that 16 page modules were worth the same as a scenario for RSP and OSP purposes. Did you drop the GM table count from modules to bring them more in line with scenarios? It would make sense if you did, but it would have been a change in policy. If you did this intentionally, can you let us know? Then I'll stop worrying about the 'missing' tables in my table count and just realize that I need to keep GMing. Eventually, I'll get to 150 games.
Even though its about the journey rather than the destination, I still like to keep count of the steps along the way.
Hmm

This is REALLY irking me too.
The lack of response on this is pretty annoying - If it is a retrospective policy change then I am disappointed. The 'Free RPG Day' content involves having to get copies of embargoed product early so that you have time to prep so that when the FLGS gives you space to run games for visiting patrons you look good doing it, and aren't trying to read/run scenarios on the day with dodgy hand drawn maps etc.
Anyhow, either come clean on it, or let us know its an error and that it is being sorted.
I'm still disappointed about the chicanery with 'the special that isn't a special' 1:00 by the way.
Table count is one problem, specials are another.
And it shows two novas, I have three. Also irksome

Alright. That is good to know, and it makes sense for consistency.
I'm ok with the change, and it makes sense. My disappointment is that they have dropped from 2 to 1 for Skitter and then applied that to historic table counts.
The hassle with the FreeRPG day content is that whilst it can run short, it comes with a higher set of expectations and complications. Honestly the juice won't be worth the squeeze with running them on FreeRPG day now - the boost was offsetting the hassle.

I think they're lowering the table count for each level of Star/Nova/Glyph, though, so some people will probably get a higher ranking from this.
If anything they've been making it harder (gating behind the rubric, reduction of available qualifying specials) than easier - so would be keen to see a reliable source for reduced numbers.

We all have different things that motivate us, and I admit that table count is one of mine. I do love the GM seat, and I love telling an excellent story. But my inner munchkin exults at seeing the progress of my table count. It's an important metric of progress for me.
If we're going with more realistic table count, can AP volumes should count as 3 sessions? In general, they take 3-4 sessions a piece to get through.
Hmm

As a fairly motivated Type A doing the grind towards getting my 5 Novas to go with my 5 Stars and setting a clear monthly target and a goal date at which I intended to do the happy dance for each Nova, it was a real annoyance to see the number go backwards - it's extra ground I now need to recover.
I could understand an adjustment for 'from this day forward...' but to do take-backsies on a count was really uncool. I note the PF1 (Goblins) series still shows as 2, so it was only Starfinder that was impacted.
Concur with the AP observation. I would also point out that if we're going down that path of aligning table counts to effort, on what planet are we still giving 2 points PER LEVEL of Dungeon? (Looking at you Emerald Spire).

I wholeheartedly agree on this - while I know some can blow through a book 1 repeatable in one long session by cutting out a whole lot of stuff, it always takes me 3-4 sessions to finish a book, which counts for 3 tables for the players, so why not for the GMs?

Yeah I only ran 1 or 2 of the Skitters, so thankfully I didn't see the dip too much. Thankfully as well my weekly game took to online like a duck to water so it's going well in that regard.
Need more specials (like always!)!!
(Also missing my 4th Nova)
I have the 10 specials - but a VL has not reported two I did for his cons last year still. Been ghosted by him, and no luck with his VC yet, even though the RVC has poked him.
I am doing one at Cancelled Con, and will maybe run a local con just in case. Then I just need a last VC eval and some tables.

That would be great Gary! Here is my schedule:
Fri 19:00 CDT to Sat 00:00 CDT SFS 03-03: Frozen Ambitions: The Shimmerstone Gateway GM
Sat 13:00 CDT to Sat 18:00 CDT SFS 03-05: The Hivermarket Heist GM
Sat 19:00 CDT to Sun 00:00 CDT SFS 03-06: Rise of the Vault Lord GM
These will be the first time I run each of them so you get a chance to see me sans much practice with a scenario! The Saturday evening game is at 4 of 6 now so might be the best bet to fire as the other two are at 0 of 6 still.
