What Are the Ranks of the Stewards?

We're doing some changes over at a starfinder discord server I help moderate, and I was wondering what the various ranks of the stewards were to help me possibly find names for roles to add for rewarding users who frequent the server.

I treat the Stewards as Starfleet (which they are HEAVILY pitched toward being a stand-in for), and use Anglo-American naval ranks for them.

They're basically cops, so I use police ranks.

Sometimes they have side-grades like Detective, Detective Sergeant, etc. My Nuar Technomancer Steward is a Forensics Officer.

There's no official answer to this, but there are some bits and clues:

The new AP has a lot of focus in the Stewards, so I suppose one of the articles in the three books will be wholly about them.

Given that they have a "Conclave of Legates", I'd probably draw from a mix of military and Roman civilian rankings, insofar as those are different. So, lower ranking Stewards have fairly conventional military/police titles, while more senior ones have more elaborate titles. Maybe instead of Captains, they have Decii. A Legate being the equivalent of a Commissioner, in charge of Steward active in the larger administrative districts ( often planetary ).

If you assign all 7 Orcs Lv60 + All Upgrades to your defense, it will come out as a 570 Rating, anything over that indicates something unlegitmate.

Hierarchy within the Stewards deviates from that of military or other police organizations in that the chain of command can be nonlinear. Any Steward can issue orders to lower-ranking officers as needed, and Stewards are expected to follow the orders of higher-ranking members. This structure derives from the fact that the Stewards are a flexible, modular, and mobile force. A leader has to work with whichever agents are available on location unless others can be quickly allocated.

At the same time, each branch has its own structure, so a Stewards commander avoids giving orders to officers from another branch when a counterpart in that branch is available. Further, an agent has a duty to speak up when orders conflict so superiors can make informed decisions.

OVERWATCH
The starship fleet, formally titled Overwatch, is the Stewards' largest branch. The sheer amount of space within the Pact Worlds requires a substantial force to patrol and monitor, so the Stewards enjoy greater freedom to act in outer space. Overwatch ranks have different but equivalent titles, including lieutenant (equivalent to inspector), captain (chief inspector), vice admiral (deputy director), and admiral (director). A captain commands each Overwatch starship and reports to a vice admiral. In turn, vice admirals report to the three admirals who direct the fleet. The Stewards have three flagship vessels: the Paramount, the Steadfast, and the Touchstone.

I expect that, as a level 5 Technomancer forensics expert, I would be classified as a constable.
