So if all APs and Modules are assumed to be canon, let's speculate about effects on the world overall!

In the past when Paizo assumes AP have happened, they tend to take sort of middle road approach: Party Won, but they might not have the best results and some optional things might have assumed to not have happened, for example, some NPCs they could have turned to allies from enemies probably died.

Good example of that is case of Council of Thieves and Hell's Vengeance, they assume Westcrown remained as part of Cheliax and both of Drovenges died.

So yeah, starting my speculation:

Probably everyone on Nualia's side died(sorry Orik!) and Malfeshnekor too, who knows about Grogmurt, I'd give him 50% chance of writers having him survive as last notable named Thistletop goblin. I'd assume Misgivings got exorcised and none of skinsaw cult survived, Black Magga probably got driven off in Turtleback Ferry, and we know Pathfinders have access to Jorgenfist Library at least, Longtooth probably dead. No clue about any of denizens in Runeforge, but they might be written off as dead so that their knowledge can't be passed on. I doubt any enemy in final book survived, sorry Viorian!

Edit: Ah, accidentally clicked submit post too early <_< Ah well, too many APs to speculate too much alone anyway.
