I've recently found out a ratstack, which allows you to have four ratfolk working together in a single 5ft square.
So I'm trying to get a group of ratfolk together that have a good access to teamwork feats and trying to figure out the right class for them.
Two are going to be tower shield users who use mobile bulark, and the other two sort of ranged and if possible, magical.

Like Ryan Friere mentioned, any class with extra feats would be helpful.
If I knew I were going to play a ratfolk game, with plenty of allies planning to always be adjacent to me, I told myself I would be an inquisitor with the Phalanx Fighter feat (assuming we were planning to be fighting evil creatures). With solo tactics it wouldn't matter if allies had the feat. You'd have to wait until 4th level to use it, when your BAB becomes +3 and you can use the standard action to swap out the one you did pick.
I have been trying to figure out if I can read Shield Wall's shield bonus increase as stacking or not the way it's written if you have multiple allies with shields, but I don't think so.

A hunter gives teamwork feats to the companion without it having to meet the prereqs.
They only give it to their animal companions, which would be decent if the ratfolk party were all hunters (which was what you had suggested as fun, of course) and were taking things like the mounted teamwork feats, like Cavalry Formation, to allow charging and space sharing.
The inquisitor would work better in a more conventional party build-out of other classes and they would utilize teamwork feats that work better when they use their abilities (rather than ones that the allies use in conjunction). Like Phalanx Fighter, Combat Medic, or Lookout.
Hunter would be a good choice if you're planning to use teamwork feats that definitely require your animal companion to have to gain the best benefit from.

The big thing is that once you have two teamwork feat focused characters in the same party its pretty logical to have them both be the same build. In the case of this party it seems like the inquisitor and a hunter both ranged would be a solid play, what with two towershielding frontliners. The hunters pet could be used to trigger the archery teamwork feats that required melee positioning. That gets you your ranged and magical.
That said the optimal choice to me seems to be going melee. The melee teamwork feats are way better than the ranged. If you want to abuse ratstack you stick two reach weapon ratfolk in the same square as two towershield ratfolk and just use shake it off rather than worrying about aoe.
Use high crit range weapons and abuse outflank/paired opportunists chain swingery

I would also second the vanguard slayer. It is important to point out that ratstacks count as flanking so you can get sneak attacks without poor positioning issues.
Maybe a bard, a slayer, a sanctified slayer inquisitor, and an eldritch scoundrel?
Enjoy teamwork feats such as lookout, paired opportunist, outflank, precise strike, and shield wall.
