Does a masterwork cold iron warhammer cost 2324(2000 for the cold iron resistance to enhancement, 300 for masterwork, 12 for the base cost and 12 for the cold iron cost.

That sounds way too expensive to me as you would only pay the extra enhancement cost once you enchanted the weapon to +1. If you check out the pricing of a Cold Iron Longsword in the CRB you will see that this is the case.

Ultimate Equipment, p. 49 wrote:

(...) Weapons made of cold iron cost twice as much to make as their normal counterparts. Also, adding any magical enhancements to a cold iron weapon increases its price by 2,000 gp. This increase is applied the first time the item is enhanced, not once per ability added. (...)

A warhammer costs 12 GP, times 2 because of cold iron, +300 GPs for masterwork weapon. That's 324 GPs.

You have to pay the additional 2000 GPs when you enhance it as a +1 weapon, for a total of 4000 GPs to make it a +1 cold iron warhammer instead of a masterwork cold iron warhammer.

Hopefully the explosion will wipe out the swarms. This party is not exactly well equipped to deal with them.

Iladora will also. Since sewers are an urban environment I get +2 to Stealth, Perception, and initiative (which I had completely forgotten about until now, heh).

I saw that your favored terrain was underground and added the bonus to init on the last encounter we had :)

First time I've experienced almost wiping out the enemy in the surprise round.

Yeah, year 0 1-5 scenarios don't age well ^^'

I wouldn't think that would matter if you're playing Core, like we are. I mean, our characters are basically the same ones this scenario was written for.

Good point, Iladora. Though you are five players and those scenarios were written for four characters. Furthermore, the average level of the party is 2,6. That's way above the 1-2 subtier ;)

This is a pretty tough encounter actually. Stinking Cloud shuts parties down hard. :)
