A lot of deities have some sort of a face as their holy symbol; Norgorber has a black mask, Besmara has a traditional skull and crossbones, and Charon has a skull with coins for eyes. What I'm wondering is can you change your head to make it work as a holy symbol?
For example, a lich cleric of Besmara can attach femur bones to the side of his skull so he can channel negative energy from his head. How would the channel work? Could it come out of his mouth like a breath attack or a scream? Or could it come out of his eyes, still focusing like a cone? If he used a variant channel, such as weather, which turns some of the damage into elemental damage, how would that impact him, if at all?
A less extreme example would be to simply use it as a mask. I suppose it could fit around your entire face so any additional parts of the head (like Besmara's femur bones or Charon's coin eyes) wouldn't be surgically implanted into your head. It could also simply emanate energy from the mask rather than from a body part, which could be far less harmful to the face, too.
Finally, are there any ways to make such body modifications/masks? Maybe through Craft Wondrous Item or Create Requilary Arms and Shields?

Fun idea - I'm thinking you could homebrew a divine magic variant of the Elongated Cranium feat for this!

There is a trait called Birthmark.. Gives you a holy symbol mark that could be on your face/head..
My PFS/CORE Cleric/Fighter/Shadowdancer/Barbarian has a birthmark of Pharasma's Holy Symbol on her forehead...Which has made things real awkward ever since she converted to Urgathoa...
