Can Leshy be a witch or wizard familar

Building a plant witch. Can a Leaf or ground Leshy (bestiary 3) be my familiar to stick with the theme?

No, there is nothing in their creation rules that says they are suitable familiars. They are closer to mini-constructs than true familiars. Even a Ctrl+F search on my B3 PDF yields no results. You're out of luck.

Your best option might be the Petrifern from Familiar Folio.

Btw construct is no problem. Just look at the Ioun Wyrd or Clockwork Familiar and Humunculous.

Yes, and those are special constructs that have familiar rules. The leshies, barring the leshy warden druid archetype, do not.
