Support date is only for getting free materials, you're good to go once the gameday starts.

Ok, thanks! For one of my tables that won't be a problem but for the other, SFS 1-00 isn't part of the rpg guild subscription. Is there a second support date or am I in a purchase the pdf situation?

It depends on your start date. If your game is in Session II, there is a second support date. If your game is in Session I, you will need to purchase the PDF or change games to one you own.

I received your kind PM about using the Spanish Language www.comunidadumbria.com as pbp forum for playing in Spanish. Yes, I will grandfather you guys in for PBP Gameday. Especially since you can be on site as VO to handle any issues that might arise!

This is a very good question, and I wish that I could give a more definitive answer. Tonya has told me that they are in the queue to be dropped to all of you, but I have no idea how long that queue is. I am hoping for scenario drops for all of you soon.

There will be a second drop.

The Scenario Support Deadline for Session II is September 4th.

That means I will not be submitting scenario support until September 5th at the earliest, and there'll be a wait afterwards once it is submitted for it to drop from Tonya.

Basically, I will be submitting for Tables Numbered 140+ that are in Session Two. If you want scenario support for Session Two, please get your tables in before the September deadline.

Hello, I am new to PbP gamedays. How do are Boons handed out?

(My only previous Con experience is at Paizocon where they had the table and you got to roll after each game.)

Generally DMs get a single set Boon, and everyone has a chance to win a Boon based on Dice Rolls. I want to say it's a 10% chance to win. Additionally, there may be another tertiary method to win something across the entire Game Day, such as being nominated as standing out as a Player or DM.

Out of total selfish curiosity, does anyone know what the GM boon will be for the quarter that GDVI falls in?

I don't know the answer to this yet. Tonya is having her post-Gencon week off with family, so we likely will not receive the Convention Support Package until she returns.

For those wondering what boons are being offered for PBP Gameday VI, I have a list now.

GM Boons:

If you are GMing a PFS adventure, you can get a Samsaran.

If you are GMing an SFS adventure, you get a legacy race boon.

If you are GMing in both the PFS and SFS campaigns, you must pick which race boon you want more. You only get one GM boon for the convention, no matter how many games you GM.

PFS Player Boons:

The player boons this year are flavorful. We have two that are tied strongly to factions, a mounted tradition boon, and hang in there -- a boon that gives you a bit more time for another party member to revive you with breath of life.

At the end of the game, everyone at the table should roll a d20, or the GM can do one mass roll. If you roll a 19-20, please roll a d4 to determine which player boon you receive.

SFS Player Boons:

There is an emergency resupply boon for starships, and a social boon to give you an edge with the Augmented.
