Teaser

Unfortunate...

Probably not a scene in the movie. I liked it though.

Better-er

It was funny

Eh, the main joke dragged out way too long for my tastes. It was pretty obvious where they were going with it.

I did enjoy the

Stan Lee
bit though.

Eh. I did not find it that funny. The Stan bit was fun, also the slow motion running at end. But the rest, eh. Phone booth joke seemed so used, not even in a fun way. Even Superman made fun of phone booth cliche back 1978.

I don't know. I'm also getting really, really tired of Deadpool.

I think they also made a comic book.

And action figures!

Dark Archive Vendor - Fantasiapelit Tampere

As a character in general. Movie was just fine and I will most likely see the sequel.

Joi Harris, stuntwoman for Zazie Beetz (Domino), was killed while performing a stunt yesterday ;_;

Haven't all of Ryan Reynolds movies been Deadpool movies?

Orville,

No just like maybe half of them...

‘The Untitled Deadpool Sequel’ may very well be the title for the untitled Deadpool Sequel.

It's like I said before, we all need a little Deadpool in our lives, trolling the fans.

I really do hope that they keep "Untitled Deadpool Sequel" as its name. Its just good enough of a joke to stick and give a grin when it plasters across the big screen in plain white typeface.

Archie,

I'm with you on that one. Why does it need a real title? Deadpool doesn't need no stinking title!

Also, Negasonic Teenage Warhead is still the best X-men in that short clip.

Wait...I didn't think Ellie was gay... I mean it's alright if she is. That's cool and all. But I thought she was straight. Whatever.

More DEADPOOL!

I have no clue on whether she's gay or not. Just thought referencing the Give X a Girlfriend/Boyfriend twitter hashtag would be amusing. That said, if do they give her a mutant girlfriend I sure won't complain.

Speaking of which I just realized its a shame that America Chavez won't be in this film, or any Marvel, for a good long while. Oh well.

Yeah. I love America. She and Kate Bishop were the best non-couple couple and friends.

I can't wait for this one.

Not sure the trailer sells it for me as much as the original...but at least Cable is bad ass. Which is as it should be.

That is about as perfect a Cable as I can imagine.

It's better than what we got for Apocalypse, that's for sure.

TO WIKIPEDIA!

.... Wikipedia you are useless. NTW apparently doesn't have any relationships worth mentioning. Probably because her comic incarnation seems to die a lot and come back as a zombie or illusion.

Liberty's Edge

New trailer.

They call themselves X-force. :)

Dark Archive

From the studio that brought you 27 Dresses and The Devil Wears Prada (lol I was in that movie for a hair of a second).

Josh Brolin signed a five movie deal with them so expect an X Force movie or two.

So in the trailer we see Cable, Domino, Bedlam, Shatterstar and possibly Zeitgeist, is the other female character Surge ?

Waiitt...I must have missed Shatterstar? But the girl with the electric whip is Surge? Really?

But mostly I'm like "I think I'm in love..."

Now that's how you make a f!&%ing franchise!

Is it a bad sign, that I can not wait for this or X-Force but the next X-Men is leaving me cold?

Not bad for a movie that had to keep fighting the higher up management tooth and Nail to get made. At least until it got a lot of money for them and suddenly it was all their idea^^

Final trailer. Going to be fun I think.

Various theaters are doing a double-screening on the 17th of May.

Six of us have snagged adjacent seats for an Alamo Drafthouse double-feature. Booze and chimichangas, wewt!

Final Trailer just reinforces how much fun the second was along with the fact I enjoy more shots of young Mutants like Surge and Negasonic Teenage Warhead. ;)

The Alamo Drafthouse is the only way to see movies. I just saw a Victory screening of "Vertigo" on Tuesday, and have my tickets for "Infinity War" next week.

For my spouse and I it depends on the film. Most if not all of the local theaters have reclining seats that are very comfortable and can be booked in advance as with Alamo.

What we love about Alamo are the screenings of films that no one else shows such as the recent Studio Ghibli series. We went to see Spirited Away on the big screen. They had a special menu that went with the "dogs" film whose title I cannot remember that was available in every show. The chicken-on-a-stick dish is absolutely fantastic. The rest is meh. We also love Alamo for the $1 screenings and the voucher-attached screenings of oddball stuff as well as the occasional "buy a voucher see for free" screenings. We were very glad that is how we saw the first Maze Runner as we would have been livid to have paid to see it otherwise.

We won't see Infinity Wars there, at least not the first time, because it was filmed in IMAX and we have a number of very nice IMAX screens locally, including the big monster at Udvar-Hazy. (The downside to Udvar-Hazy is that they only sell general admission seats, and they charge a hefty amount for parking. We usually won't go there for a big release IMAX film as a result.) Subsequent showings we will probably see - well, *I* will probably see - at Alamo.

Most 'big budget popcorn flicks' we don't like seeing at Alamo because we like that we can get real food there, which sometimes detracts from watching the film.

Sadly, our Alamo discontinued their best item on the menu: toasted peanut butter, honey and banana sandwich with fries. Hands down their best item, which was on the kid's menu. So good, I'd usually eat two.

Having said all of that, I'll probably sneak out and snag a screening of Infinity Wars there while my spouse is at work. That scratches my itch to see it ASAP and lets us book a set of comfy recliner seats on one of her days off in the middle of the following week. Win-win all around. ;)

Contest is long over. The winner is hilarious, Deadpool on a kid's bike. Hah!

If you like Deadpool, you will love Deadpool 2.

If you LOVE Deadpool, Deadpool 2 is a short round-trip to/from Nirvana.
