5. Yes. You are making a single melee attack using the Attack Action. Devastating Blow doesn't have "As a Standard Action" or similar verbiage, so it would apply.

Erm:

Devastating Blow (Ex)

At 19th level, as a standard action, a two-handed fighter may make a single melee attack with a two-handed weapon at a –5 penalty. If the attack hits, it is treated as a critical threat. Special weapon abilities that activate only on a critical hit do not activate if this critical hit is confirmed.

It seems to have "as a standard action" wording, does that make it a no, or is it still a yes?

Oh...Then no.

This is because the Overhand Chop ability states when you get a single attack from the attack or charge action. The Standard Action from Devastating Blow wouldn't be either the attack action or charge action, so it wouldn't work.

RAI, it should, since it's still a single attack, just like the attack or charge action (or even Spring Attack). But RAW, it doesn't.

oh, is overhand chop that specific?
If it does say with the attack or charge action then it only works for those and nothing else that lets you attack.

It sure is.

Overhand Chop wrote:
At 3rd level, when a two-handed fighter makes a single attack (with the attack action or a charge) with a two-handed weapon, he adds double his Strength bonus on damage rolls.

Are the items in parentheses examples, or a comprehensive list?

I don't see any "such as" in the parenthetical. In fact, I don't even know why there is a parenthetical, since it does nothing to change the sentence.

Yeah, it's an odd grammatical construct, thus the possibility for confusion. Parentheses can often carry with them the implication of 'such as' or 'for example'.

The masterwork bonus does not stack with enhancement bonuses, since it is also an enhancement bonus.

Always remember that in play, but always forget it when posting....Sorry about that. Yeah, masterwork and +1 enhancement doesn't stack. So 1st level Enlarged Medium druid would be a -1 with their Large Oak Club under the effects of Shillelagh. -1 to attack will still hit most PFS things in a first level encounter, especially if the party is adding minor boosts (like the bard, or bless, or flanking, or aid another, or one of many others).

That's still 4d6 damage per melee swing, before strength mods.

Ok then, seems odd that the archetype gives both then makes you choose, but i suppose its just giving you options instead. Thanks again :)
