Can these two rage powers be stacked?

Disemboweling Tusks
Prerequisite: Barbarian 10

Benefit: While raging, when you confirm a critical hit with your gore attack, you deal 1d4 points of Constitution damage in addition to the normal damage for the gore attack.

Special: This rage power is available to wereboars, wereboar-kin and those who associate with these creatures.

Bloody Fist (Ex)
Prerequisite(s): Barbarian 12

Benefit(s): While raging, the barbarian may attempt to punch through an opponent's flesh and rip out one of its vital organs. In order to do so, the barbarian must confirm a critical hit against an opponent with a natural attack or unarmed strike. The barbarian deals damage as normal for a critical hit and the opponent must succeed at a Fortitude save (DC = 10 + 1/2 the barbarian's class level + the barbarian's Strength modifier) or take 1d4 points of Constitution damage as one of its vital organs is ripped free from its body.

This power can only be used once per rage.

This gives you your gore attack
Fiend Totem, Lesser (Su)

Note: Totem rage powers grant powers related to a theme. A barbarian cannot select from more than one group of totem rage powers; for example, a barbarian who selects a beast totem rage power cannot later choose to gain any of the dragon totem rage powers (any rage power with “dragon totem” in its title).

Benefit: While raging, the barbarian grows a pair of large horns, gaining a gore attack. This attack is a primary attack (unless she is also attacking with weapons, in which case it is a secondary attack) and is made at the barbarian’s full base attack bonus (–5 if it is a secondary attack). The gore attack deals 1d8 points of piercing damage (1d6 if Small) plus the barbarian’s Strength modifier (1/2 if it is a secondary attack).

Looks like the first two can be stacked, yes. Neither requires any special action to use. The gore attack you gain from Lesser Fiend Totem can certainly be used to qualify, although since you must already be a wereboar in order to take Disemboweling Tusks, you may or may not want to use up another rage power.

You don't have to be a were boar, you can just associate with them

Thread Necro here but would it stack with Boar's Charge as well?

Boar's Charge
Prerequisite: Barbarian 12

Benefit: While raging, when you hit with a gore attack as part of a charge, you automatically score a critical threat. You must still confirm the critical hit as normal.

Special: This rage power is available to wereboars, wereboar-kin and those who associate with these creatures.

I think it does stack.

then that is a wicked deadly combo

By RAW you don't even need to associate with wereboars because no such thing is mentioned in the prerequisite.

The special section mentions that wereboars and associates can take the power but does not mention that others cannot.

I have not figured out yet why the special section is even mentioned.

You must be new here

Boar's Charge itself is absolutely brutal. There are so many ways it can turn a charge attack into instant death.

Like the mounted fury barbarian who uses Greater Ferocious Mount and Butterfly's Sting to ragelancepounce with multiple automatic x3 lance crits.

Or the primalist metamagic rager who uses his charging gore crits to deliver pumped up shocking grasps for 240 damage.

Special is a place they put special limiters your GM adjudicates. Ask your GAm if you associated in character enough to count as an associate of a wild boar.
