Since it is in the advice forum, I'll give some advice on how to get your threads necromanced:
Step #1: Create a thread.
Step #2: Make sure nobody wants to post in it for a very long time (this is where you're failing right now, if you couldn't tell). And then wait a long time until someone necromances it. The simplest way to go about this is to predict the future and write about a topic that isn't interesting until a later point in time.
Step #3: ???
Step #4: Profit!

Could I create zombie sheeps to make undead wool and then process unliving yarn to finally have necromantic threads?

** spoiler omitted ** Necronanism? I was told that causes hair to grow on the unliving bone that was your hand.

you know, I stopped posting because I dislike strings of puns. The first is funny, the 2nd is not, the 5th i'm skipping.
But you know, I feel compelled to post for some reason.

This response probably would make more sense coming from a Dune-themed alias. Sadly, it wouldn't be any funnier.

So, now that it's in OTD, can we just keep this thread alive so that it never dies and can therefore never be necromanced? It could be the next FAWTL (which similarly arose as an effort to defy the wishes of an OP).

~evil laughter~ This thread shall never die. If it does, then it will become an instrument of pure good and I can not allow it to happen!
Had lunch salad today. There were some olive pieces there. Didn't like it. Probably going to grab a crepe today.
Eating a jerk chicken sandwich. Dear Lord is it spicy.

No, I am not. Did not get crepe. Had yakitori instead. That was good.

I ate a couple of baked cheese sandwiches. They're like grilled cheeses, but made using an oven.
They were pretty good.

See what I did there?
I would hope so, because it was super obvious.

Environmental reasons to live in Sweden: Placid weather. Mild earthquakes. No tsunamis. Lovely spring/summer. Not too hot.
Reasons not to: Six months of cold, windy, wet darkness and slush.
...and they are beginning in a few weeks. :(

Just prep endure elements in all your slots.

Yeah, that is the problem. Sweden doesn't hurt you with its weather. It makes you tired, gloomy, wet and depressed.

Thanks to this thread I realized Endure Elements does not make one comfortable in said elements, what a useful thread.
The sky outside is white. When you get enough clouds, it gets that way. So, it will be one of THOSE days. Ah well, better than pink-black (which is the night sky).
Man, this thread REALLY wants to die.

Well, it isn't going to get the chance to die. All it takes is a bit of effort.

So how long does a thread have to be before it is considered Thread Necromancy and not simply a Raise Dead or Resurrection cast on the thread?

5 hours 33 minutes and 15 seconds.

I would say at least a month. A year is better.

And it should be on the third page of the subforum or deeper. What good is necromancy without a bit of digging?
