I would suggest the hobgoblin ranger and ask him to pick up trapper as his animal companion will be ignore use in the long run

I agree with Alec
I'd like to point out that Floe is a monster tactician (summoner) and will be able to beef up the front line. She herself is no tank, but a 20 AC at level 1 is not bad and will only get better. Though not a diplomacist she will always have a great intimidate and sense motive due to being an inquisitor. She's never going to be much help in the trap department though, other than sending in a summoned creature to spring things.

Your light on front line, so you need to fix that, though you could in all honesty take both the Ranger and the Slayer if they both have animal companions then it should work good.
That would be 3 Full casters, 2 partial casters, A Meat Tank, and 2 animal companions
Or you can choose to go a different route.
I will however give you a hint...Your going to want a front line thats more than than the Barbarian.
