Some time ago I ran a campaign where every character was one of the heads on a hydra. It was a pretty funny concept, but a bit difficult to handle in real time.
So! I was thinking of trying to run it again here as a play-by-post. That way you'd have all the time in the world to argue with each other, disagree on where to go, bite each other off, and maybe occasionally actually get something done. I'd run it with Pathfinder rules, each head having its own character levels, and probably throw you in a Pathfinder module or some such, just for the hilarity of being in a situation you're completely unsuited for.
Clearly this is only a rough idea, but I was wondering how much interest there would be in playing it if I were to run it. So, if this sounds like fun to you, please let me know! That way I know whether or not to flesh the idea out.

Interesting. Any idea as to what level you'd go with?
I haven't nailed that down, but probably in the range of 3-5. High enough to be interesting, without being so high that the natural advantages of being a hydra that can just regrow lost party members gets too overwhelming.
Although obviously how wel that'd work would depend on other details.
Part of the idea of this is to have heads that conflict with one another hilariously, so... it'd probably work well.
Sounds like there's plenty of interest, I'd better start nailing down how I want to pull this off.

I of two minds one what types of heads to play myself.
One I want to be a bookworm/wizard who wants nothing more than to gather books and study. Mages are her favorite target when talking obviously fails.
The other is a sorceress who sees herself as a dragon. Believing (right or wrong) that she(they) is descendant of the powerful dragons that fly and some day will make it where they can.
