I am looking for three spells: one that allows you to detect 'ill intent' or 'ill purpose', if that makes sense... If not I will try to explain farther. A spell that detects shapeshifters and those magically disguised. Finally, a spell that basically detects whether someone is enchanted or cursed.
Are there any official spells that GI e such results or would I have to create them? I am fine with even 3rd party or D&D 3.5 sources.

Various detect alignment spells.
Detect thoughts as noted above.

Detect Evil actually will detect if a character is committing (or about to commit) an evil act.
Animals, traps, poisons, and other potential perils are not evil, and as such this spell does not detect them. Creatures with actively evil intents count as evil creatures for the purpose of this spell.
Of course, they still need 5HD to show up...but it will help you find out about their intent.

Hmmm. For magical disguise, True sight ought to cut it. As far as detecting ones intentions, detect thoughts is your best bet, as it is also applicable to other situations besides detecting ill intent, even helping you find shape shifters or the magically disguised, as their thoughts may give them away. If you want a spell to detect within a wide range, then take a perception check. This can give you a general idea of who to be wary of so you can use detect thoughts or, bar that, detect evil, to determine if they are a threat. I'm pretty sure there's a detect alignment or sense alignment or some such that can give you a vague idea of the sort of actions a person may be inclined towards as well.

Hmm, it seems that for the choices offered and from my own searching it would appear perhaps that to cover all the bases I would need more then three spells.
Detect Charm is nearly perfect for the third spell, so thanks for pointing it out. Probably need to find another spell for curses.
One spell I found for detecting shapeshifters is True Form, more reveal them, though it won't do anything for magically induced disguise.
Detect Thoughts takes too long I feel to fully do as intended, especially since there is the chance that another true purpose and intent could be hidden by thinking about something else or thinking innocent thoughts.
Detect Hostile Intent seems to be limited by 'active' hostility not future hostility or intended hosility, and it would need a bit of convention to an arcane spell.
Detect Evil was a choice I considered myself, but it is limited to detecting those of evil alignment not so much ill intent... In a pinch though it could work, especially since the setting is such that truely "Evil" NPCs are rare and the nation in which the campaign takes place is strongly Good aligned as whole... yet there are evil cults and dooplegangers* who will try to infiltrate the nation, threats the party itself will need to worry about.
*More the D&D variaty and much less the Pathfinder version. Aberration shapeshifters then those with hag blood. Though even that isn't completely true as in truth the race I speak of are fey shapeshifters with more insectoid appearance and technically they are not all evil.
----------
Currently I am using "nondescript" spells for my purposes, which is that the party has been hired by those employing such spells in the manner of a screening process to make sure no cultists or shapeshifters sneak their way in... or someone enchanted/compelled to obey another.

Technically, Sense Motive and Perception should also counter deception and disguise, respectively. Any magic that boosts those skills or stats will help (Burst of Insight, Heightened Awareness, owls wisdom, etc)

For disguises, Pierce Disguise is a lower level than True Seeing and sees through magical disguises of 3rd spell level or lower (so it'll work on alter self and the like). It doesn't make the effect go away, but it shows you a ghostly overlay of the creature's true form over their disguise.
That spell saved my party from being stabbed in the back by a succubus in a session we just had the other day. :-)
