Just a question for those of you that have waited to play (or replayed) WotR once you had acquired all of the promo cards. Did you add the cards in all at once with Deck 1, or did you stagger their inclusion by waiting until the deck with which they were shipped?

I've not replayed WotR yet, but every time I've replayed RotR or S&S I've always put the promos in with adventure deck 1. So basically, if deck 1 is in the mix, so are all the promos I have for that set.
I figured this would be the consensus. Mostly I was asking because some of the promo cards are quite strong for Deck 1 cards (and have difficult Checks to Acquire as a result). Also, I wonder if the experience of having Valias Durant right from the get-go will make the earlier stuff notably easier or not. I'm not expecting too much trouble with my Adowyn & Balazar play though, but both of my last two games went "If Balazar is forced to reset his hand before we win, he will die". Granted, this was because we a) were novaing the villain, and b) in the Traitor's Lodge I needed to discard ~1.5 hands worth of cards to pull the Sacred Prism out of the bottom of my deck so we could add the Magic trait to the check to defeat the incorporeal villain.
As an aside, when I took Ranzak through the B adventures to give him a test-drive, I included Goblin Keelhaulin' instead of waiting until Deck 1. It came up in that last B scenario. Given the mechanic that effectively doubles plunder in that scenario, Ranzak had a rather impressive haul.
