Quick question about Auri's chronicle. I think you calculated her OOT gold as if she was too low, rather than too high. Shouldn't she get OOT for being between 3-4 and 6-7 rather than 1-2 and 3-4?

Chadius, you crossed the Tier 1-2 equipment from the chronicle. I think you get access to the items of lower tiers on completion.

That last fight was brutal. I am glad we have a good team.

We got both lucky and unlucky.

Just as well it was Auri that took the crit, I think anyone else would have died (lucky)
But unlucky that she got critted with a shocking grasp (twice I have seen that happen with a Magus now) (unlucky)
But lucky that we then got our own crit with a scythe. Ouch.

Overall, I think luck was slightly more on our side.

Yeah, Magi are Glass Cannons. If they get a lucky Spellstrike crit, the burst damage is very impressive and can cripple or kill foes before the fight really started. But they only have d8 HP and light armor, and they need a lot of rolls to make it work.

I've updated the Subtier 3-4 chronicle sheets to include the Tier 1-2 rewards and Auriferous should get the right amount of gold now.

By the way, does avoiding a battle at the start count as:
Resolve a combat encounter nonviolently through diplomacy, trickery, bribery, or a similar tactic.
