I'm looking to start up and GM a new online d20Pro/Skype Pathfinder group/game if I can find 4-6 reliable, mature players.
I'm available on Saturdays, and would prefer earlier game times (like 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM US Central time), but could accommodate early evening sessions if that worked better for the group as a whole.
Sessions would most likely be run 2 or 3 alternating Saturdays per month, but could also run on back-to-back Saturdays every now and then.
Early on I plan to run a short campaign consisting of loosely-connected modules. Once that completes (and assuming the group has successfully gelled), I could start running an Adventure Path.
If you are interested in joining this group, please send me a private message containing your email address and also post a reply to this thread to let others know of your interest.
Thanks,
Yorgi

1 person marked this as a favorite. |

We now have 5 players if everyone follows through:
Nohwear
Verzen
Ultimagus
azighal
Brother Fen
Please follow the setup instructions in my email and sign up on my private Warhorn page.
I've scheduled a 1-hour test session for Saturday, 11/21, from 10-11AM US Central time and a 2-hour intro game session for Saturday, 12/5 from 10AM to noon (I'm double-booked on 12/5 since I wasn't sure that we'd have enough players by then to start this group off).
I strongly suggest attending the test session on Saturday (or schedule a private test with me for another time prior to 12/5) if you have not used d20Pro before.
I will email the group soon with character creation instructions for creating a PC to play during our first few sessions. Think of this as a "throw away" PC as opposed to a formal character. I'd like the focus of our first few sessions to be on getting to know each other as well as having fun with the game.

We now have an opening for a 5th player. One of the original five players to express interest in the group disappeared.
If you would like to join our Curse of the Crimson Throne campaign please PM me your email address and Skype handle and I'll send you set up instructions.
We are planning to start CotCT in mid-January after playing two more introductory sessions.

TBH I can't figure this website out to send a PM, but I might be interested. I only have a few sessions of experience and I would have to make a new character, but I make any Saturday night you want.

You should be able to send me a PM by clicking on "Yorgi" above my avatar on this post, then click on the "Send Private Message" link.
Our planned Saturday session times will be from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM US Central time. I don't know if that is evening for you.

It's not, I'm one hour behind that, so it would be morning. Still works, provided I don't forget and sleep in.
Still not seeing the link. I looked for it before and couldn't find it.

Our group could use another player or two to replace others who have left the campaign. We are close to finishing Chapter 1 of the Curse of the Crimson Throne AP and the PCs are now Level 3. Our next session is scheduled for Saturday, 3/26, from noon to 4 PM CDT.
The current party consists of the following characters:
female human oracle
male human mesmerist/sorcerer
male half-elf druid (bear shaman)/barbarian
male human fighter (GMPC)
We play online using Skype and D20PRO.
If you would like more information regarding this campaign and/or are interested in joining please reply in this thread or send me a private message (PM).

As an update to this thread, the Curse of the Crimson Throne campaign that I was running has ended.
I am willing to start a new online Saturday d20Pro/Skype game if there are enough interested and available players.
Please reply in this thread if you would be interested in possibly joining a new online Saturday group.
Thanks,
Andy

Yes, I'm interested. I'll also send you a PM
WM, I received your PM with your email address. Thanks!
What kind of Pathfinder adventures interest you? I'm leery of starting an AP-based campaign again as online players tend to come and go. So, I'm thinking more along the lines of a homebrewed campaign made up of loosely-connected modules. Does something like that appeal to you?

In order to help spur general interest and to allow potential players to get a feel for how I run games, I'm planning to run a "get to know you" session next Saturday, April 2nd, from noon to 4 PM US Central time (CDT) if at least three players sign up.
I've written my own dungeon-based adventure as a continuation of the Paizo Free RPG Day "We Be Goblins" modules. My adventure is entitled "We Be Goblins Underground!" and uses the same four Level 4 Goblin pregens found in the free "We Be Goblins Free!" module.
If interested in attending this session, here's what you need to do to sign up:
1. Go to www.warhorn.net and create a free account if you don't already have one.
2. Register for my private "Wanderers of Golarion Game Day" recurring online event on Warhorn (you only need to do this once):
https://www.warhorn.net/events/wog-game-day
3. Click the "Event schedule" link on the left side of the page, move to the April calendar, click on the "We Be Goblins Underground!" session link shown for Saturday, April 2nd, and sign up as a player. Here's the direct link to the session:
https://www.warhorn.net/events/wog-game-day/schedule/2016/04/02/sessions/11 6589 [<= no space in the session number]
We can run with up to six players and we'll have a draft at the start of the session to allocate who plays which pregen (if necessary).
To prepare to play online, here's what you need to do:
1. Install Skype and create an account if you don't already have one. Since we play via voice you will need to have a microphone. PM me your email address and Skype handle.
2. Make sure you have the latest Java installed on your computer.
3. Go to http://d20pro.com/getd20pro/ and download and install v3.5.7 of D20PRO. You don't need to purchase a license since I have licensed slots for six guest players.
Shortly prior to the session start time, I will let the players know my IP address so they can connect their D20PRO (running in player mode) to my D20PRO (running in judge mode). Then I'll start the group Skype call.
Post in this thread or PM me if you have questions or need help with Warhorn or D20PRO.
"We Be Goblins—Underground we go!"

I'll be there.
Might I suggest using google talk instead of skype? Certainly over in PSOC land it is considered the superior tool.
Despite this NOT being PFS related you might also want to mention the game over there too PSOC. It gets lots of people who would probably be interested in something like this

We're still looking for one or two more players for our online Saturday campaign.
Our second introductory session is scheduled for Saturday, 4/16. We won't start the actual campaign until we have at least four solid players.
If you are interested in joining us or would like more info, please PM me your email address and Skype handle.
The following post on the campaign's discussion thread gives some info on the campaign:
