Ratfolk stuff is still legal and illegal to play
In Chapter 2, nothing from the catfolk, drow, hobgoblins, kobolds, orcs, and ratfolk entries are currently legal for play.

Ratfolk: all alternate racial traits, favored class options, racial archetypes, racial discoveries, equipment, feats, magic items, and spells are legal for play.

Looks like the contradiction I noted here isn't corrected, either.
So you don't have to click the link, here it is again:
Coincidentally, I was just coming to ask about familiars from the Reign of Winter Players Guide, too. My question isn't specifically about Winter Witches, though, just the familiar availability.
That guide isn't on the Additional Resources list at all.
However, the Additional Resources listing for the Familiar Folio says "the animal familiars on pages 24–27 and inside front cover, except the ioun wyrd and the petromin, are legal for play". Since the inside front cover of FF lists all of the RoWPG animals, they would seem to be allowed.
So the Additional Resources list seems to contradict itself in this case.

Heroes of the Streets: "The cat burglar's kit is no legal for play." Should be "not".
I suppose we make a different ongoing thread for arguing about the content of the updates then? Seems like the old updates thread could have been used for that.
A new thread for arguing for or against a character option's inclusion would be best. We found that the previous Additional Resources thread was especially hard to navigate and find any errors to correct because it had people pointing out errors, asking about when updates would happen, arguing in favor of new content, asking about new content, asking if something were legal, and more. By limiting this thread to editorial and link fixes, it makes it far easier for the team to track and make any changes.

In some entries it states that "all" of X on pages Y are allowed, and in other entries it states that "the" X on pages Y are allowed. Can that wording be standardized one way or the other?
Should Misc have a period? In some entries it does, and in some entries it doesn't. Can that be standardized?
In some entries the first word of the first category of the listing is capitalized when it is a standard English word (e.g. 'all', 'the') and not a rules item that is not normally capitalized (e.g. spell, magic item) and in some listings it is not capitalized. Can that be standardized?
In some entries the colon after an entry type is bolded along with the entry type (e.g. Feats:) and in some entries the colon after an entry type is not bolded (e.g. Feats:). Which is correct, and can that be standardized?
Some entries end with a period, and other entries do not. Can that be standardized?

Just noticed in the Advanced Class Guide listing. These two sentences contradict each other:
Archetypes: all archetypes on pages 75-133 are legal for play, except forgepriest, hex channeler, musketeer, mutation warrior, packmaster, primal companion hunter, primalist, spirit summoner, and steel hound. Hex channeler, mutation warrior, and primal companion hunter are now legal for play.
I'm assuming the second sentence is supposed to undo the first for those three archetypes, but those three should probably be removed from the list of disallowed archetypes, for clarity.

The HTML version lists 'Risen from the Sands', 'King of Chaos', and 'The Emerald Spire' as having chronicle sheets. The PDF version does not.
The HTML version lists parts of the Ultimate Intrigue Playtest as available (with various constraints). The PDF version does not.
I didn't look at each specific condition, but the rest of the products supported match up, with the exception of Pathfinder Unchained being listed twice on the HTML page.

As a note, when I was working on the Additional Resources file most recently, I believe I incorporated all of the editorial changes up through the middle of Michael Eshleman's October 8th post (by which point I had to head out for the day). As I continue to update the file for future versions, I'm going to be working with the web team to continue incorporating these tweaks.
Limiting this thread to these types of changes is really helpful, as it concentrates the revisions in one place and makes it a lot easier to track them down. We're still finding ways to streamline the process to make sure that the download and the website both reflect those changes; as we refine the process, I hope that we'll be able to clean it further.
Thanks for your help!

As I'm reviewing the Additional Resources, I am spotting some inconsistencies that I thought I had caught. The following are known issues and should be fixed in the next update:
- The Deities header under Distant Shores should be bold.
- The constable archetype is indeed legal, as the red text suggests. That it didn't disappear from the "not legal" exception is a little confusing but may have slipped by me somehow.
