I'm starting some more Pathfinder in space adventures and I'm looking out for good 3rd party races to use to set the mood that's outside of fantasy tropes.
My current list includes;
Human
Celonian (3pp, Veil of Truth)
En (3pp, Veil of Truth)
Karizar (3pp, Veil of Truth)
Nabora (3pp, Veil of Truth)
Niterian (3pp, Veil of Truth)
Thoy’ykoth (3pp, Veil of Truth)
Yahidar (3pp, Veil of Truth)
Mutamorph (3pp, Age of Electrotech)
Nashi (3pp, Age of Electrotech)
Android (Paizo)
Kasatha (Paizo)
Lashunta (Paizo)
Triaxians (Paizo)
Mutamorphs (Age of Electrotech)
Nashi (age of Electrotech)
Amoebians(It Came from the Stars)
Enlightened(It Came from the Stars)
Start-Touched(It Came from the Stars)
Tachiods (It Came from the Stars)
I know that's 20 races but I want things to feel like Star Wars in terms of alien diversity and hoping to get more weird options to avoid the whole 'bumpy forehead' alien problem.
What third party alien races can you recommend to me?

Doesn't Red Goblin Games have Greys as a free pdf?
yes, also you could probably cannibalize our necropunk content, especially the bestiary.

The Phrenic Hegemony from the Psionic Bestiary would make for some great villains (Full book or separated bit).
"The dreaded Phrenic Hegemony spans countless worlds and planes. Known to have utterly annihilated entire worlds, these aberrations move from world to world, selecting new breeding stock from among the peoples of the world, and slaughtering those that will not submit" page 72.
Kinda like the Zerg or the Xenomorphs, but with more tentacles.
"Most phrenic scourges take to wearing humanoid robes, which easily hide their alien features for the casual observer, allowing them to disorient potential attackers and often giving them the upper hand. As combat is joined, they often slither away from these robes to reveal their true natures: writhing coils of tendrils and tentacles, like some madman’s dream had leapt from his mind and taken physical form." page 73.

Grey aliens and Anunnaki are separate species.
While there are no official stats for the Vercites and Kalo, there are rules to stat them up in People of the Stars.
Vercites- use base stats for elf or half-elf, remove elven immunities, elven magic, and weapon familiarity and give it chameleon skin(as skulk's B2 page 248).
Kalo- use stats for merfolk removing amphibious quality and natural armor, add darkvsion 6ft, and replace Con racial mod with Int.

I think Nagaji would make a good alien lizard race, like Trandoshans or Gorn.
Despite Greys not being a PC race I noticed the Reptoids, an obvious reference to Reptilian conspiracy theories, so they're in now.
I took a look at the alien stuff from Infinite Futures. I was not thrilled.

I still have this thing sitting around on my shelf at home. I'm not AT home right now so I can't be sure, but from what I remember, a lot of these had a level adjustment. The book was made for either 3rd ed or 3.5, and LA was a thing. I think by PF standards, the ones with a +1 LA are pretty even with the existing PC races.

I think LRGG's Racial Guide 4 - Nontraditional Races is a good fit. One or two races are maybe a bit too heavy in the magic theme, but they're all definitely WEIRD races. I'd say the same about Alluria's Remarkable Races, but that book's probably closer to half of the races that would look out of place in a decidedly sci-fi campaign. On the bright side, all the races from that book are present on d20PFSRD.com
