If you own a Class Deck, you'll be eligible for that class (honour system here); create a character. Go to your Pathfinder Society box in "My Account" and you can make changes to your characters. Create a character.
I'll run 1-1C since I didn't see the Iammars game come up but if I get requests for another scenario I can certainly run that.
Keith Richmond did reserve a spot and he also ran the game I was in so he gets priority, but otherwise I'll do first-come first-serve. I'll run a 4p game by default and see how it goes depending on class balance.

I'll have to create a GM tracking spreadsheet for it.
Please post in the discussion thread in terms of choosing your classes, etc. 1-1C is a pretty hard scenario; the barriers can be nasty!

I'm looking to run a play by post for Season of the Shackles. First spot goes to Malcolm_Reynolds. I'll take up to 3 more players. We'll start at the beginning. Anyone interested can post in this thread.

Aww man, I missed out!
But you haven't! Other than Malcolm_Reyonlds, whom I previously promised a spot to, I'll be randomly picking from all the other interested players. So I'll through your name into the pool. Anyone that gets a post in the recruitment thread indicating interest within 24 hours of my first post I will enter in the random drawing to select players. So your name is in the pool now.

When Keith ran the game I think he reported it; I on the other hand forgot to report my game. I certainly treated it like any other PFSACG character and used it in subsequent games; was I wrong to do that?
I don't think it's technically approved format, but I don't remember an approved format list either.

At this time, Paizo does not support online play for the Pathfinder Society Adventure Card Guild.
We'll revisit this in the next version of the Guide, methinks, if it seems like y'all have developed a valid strategy for playing. Chronicle sheet signing seems like the major hurdle, but I think PFSRPG has sorted out something.

Yeah, chronicle sheet signing isn't an issue, PFS people have figured out several ways (sign then scan, MSPaint signatures saved on the PDF, etc.
The most difficult part of running PACG online is the person who is posting the randomized cards knowing what they are. This seems best solved by the person running the game not actually participating as a player, and instead being a "GM" of sorts. Hawkmoon seems to have it down pretty well, so I think it's become pretty viable in that format. Perhaps we could come up with a way to reward these PACG "online GMs"?

Yes. Hawk ran the game. He had the decks and gave us the information on the cards. Each of the four players handled our own deck. I had a copy of S&S so I grabbed the actual cards for the locations, the villain, henchman, and any cards that I acquired or fought.
It is possible that the GM could also play as long as they vowed not to look at the cards. But since this is a co-op game, I'm not sure that would really be a concern? One of the main reasons I'm saying that is that I'd like to continue the game but I don't want Hawk to feel obligated to keep GMing for us.

I'm successfully (I think so anyway) running *and* playing in a PBF PACG game over on Board Game Geek

I use a spreadsheet to track cards.
The "Locations" are filled with dummy text (e.g. Monster, Monster, Barrier, Weapon, Weapon, Weapon... etc.) and cards are only actually determined at the point they are drawn. I called this a "quantum" system.
I use random.org to generate the random cards.
It worked fine for the base scenario.
About the only advantage I have is superior card counting as to the ratio of banes/boons left in a deck and not having to rely on memory.
