There are a variety of older men of various races and, naturally, a plethora of young men and women, but not *yet* any older women among the iconic characters, as far as I can tell.
I hope so. The iconic Occultist appears to be an overweight person based on WAR's sketch, so an older woman is I think the only demographic left.
They just keep getting better.

Master Jacobs, if we keep adding new iconics to the roster, I suggest that you reconsider adding that new wing to the mansion.

It is worth pointing out that Merisiel's over a hundred years old.
I've been wanting to play a cool old lady for some time now. Having one as an Iconic would certainly be inspiring.

Wasn't their a preview somewhere of the iconic psychic? I recall that character as being a young Vudrani woman.

Ah an older woman, that's good. I imagine it was getting rather scandalous for Ezren hanging around with so many scantly clad young ladies of the adventuring profession rather then ones his own age.Why, hadn't you heard? Ezren's the Most Interesting Man in the World. Women flock to him.

My guess is that it's the Spiritualist, and her Phantom is a deceased family member.
Though a Baba Yaga-looking element bender certainly has appeal =D

I'd love to see a powerful old woman as an iconic, a la Flemeth from Dragon Age, The Queen of Thorns from Game of Thrones, or Mother Talzin from Clone Wars. Someone who could have fireside chats with Ezren.. "Some more tea, my dear? Now, you're gonna let me have that scroll of Limited Wish, or I could tell everyone about the time you lost all your clothes betting on those silly gladiators in the Free City.."
