A member of the Paizo staff will probably correct me on this, but I believe preorders will be going out after they finish shipping subscription orders.
Also, a free PDF only comes with subscriptions, so if you simply had a preorder, then you will not be receiving a PDF unless you purchase it separately.

Ross is pretty much correct.
The free PDF only comes with subscription shipments, so you will need to pick it up as a separate purchase.
As for the shipment of your book, we pick and ship orders which are ready to go in the most efficient way possible so that we can get them out quickly as a whole. This means that while we are shipping subscriptions, some store orders will go out. therefore, I cannot give a definite answer for exactly when your order will ship, but I can honestly say that your order will be shipping soon. Most likely, it will go out early this week.
