For RotR, I used Mayday Premium Card sleeves (63.5x88). These fit well. (I think the sleeves are larger than the indicated size.) However, by adventure 6, a number of the sleeves had ripped and had to be replaced.
For S&S, I'm using UltraPro Deck Protectors (66x91). I'm hoping these are more durable. I've found I had to carefully push each card down all the way into the sleeve to keep them from poking out of the top.

For cards that don't have any information on their backs (pretty much just character decks), I use the standard UltraPro Black Deck Protectors.
Then I use these awesome clear sleeves for stuff like ships/character cards/locations: http://paizo.com/products/btpy8988?Standard-Card-Game-Sleeves
They feel great, they're sturdy, and they don't have a hologram that covers up words. They hold sharpie ink pretty well too, so it's easy to mark the sleeves instead of the character and fleet cards themselves without smudging. One thing to note, they are very slightly bigger than the UltraPro Black Deck Protectors, but since I use them for completely different card types that don't get shuffled together, it's never been an issue.
The UltraPro Black Deck Protectors do feel better than the clear Fantasy Flight sleeves when you're shuffling cards, which is why I don't just use the clear ones for everything and I use the UltraPro for character decks.

I have been using all Ultra-Pro Deck Protector sleeves.
Clear for the two-sided cards.
For class decks, I use the non-glare ones in different colors. For the base set and adventure decks, I use the Pathfinder Card Game backs.
I tend to do a side-merge shuffle to make things go quicker and I'm finding that the Pathfinder sleeves are not holding up very well overall. The corners are starting to peel a little and a couple of them will need to be replaced if they get any worse. They shuffle well but they don't seem to hold up as well as the clear ones.
But at least all my Ultra-Pro sleeves are the same size. I haven't found that the clears are larger than the solid color back sleeves.

As a MTG Player, I find the Ultra-Pro Pro-Matte to be the easiest to shuffle, and is the sturdiest.
They are also Standard sized (66mm x 91mm) so it fits the PACG cards just right.
However, at the moment I do not have them all sleeved because the provided insert won't fit it all if do.
If and when I get one of the custom inserts or the Adventure Case, then I'd choose to sleeve all the cards and Pro-Matte is definitely what I will use.

Is anyone else using the Ultra-Pro Pathfinder themed sleeves?
Are you having issues with them holding up at this point? I'm not thrilled with them for prolonged use.

Hey Amigos,
I have decided to sleeve up my cards. I have some ultra pro standard sleeves ( I think 2 1/2 x 3 1/2). They seem a little big. Just curious what y'all use. I want something snugger but not too tight that the cards start bending. Any suggestions?
Thanks!
I'm using Black Dragon Shields for the box/location cards. Perfect fit clear sleeves for locations, and others that require access to both sides. Each Player has chosen his/her own sleeves for their character decks.
Any sleeves for Magic the Gathering cards should work fine.

I'm using them. I'm somewhat new to sleeving and organised card games in general but as I was playing last night I was inspecting them and was thinking I would need to replace some sooner rather than later.
On a sleeve of this level how much play can you get out of them in general?

I use the Ultra-Pro black, which I'd presume are of similar quality to the Pathfinder sleeves. I generally replace one sleeve about once every four scenarios (generally, the clear front separates slightly from the black back), after playing through the entire adventure path at least twice, and a lot more intro games and whatnot besides...so I estimate at least 75-100 plays with this box set. Maybe this will change over time as they wear.

In general (aka not limited to Ultra Pro) I've found that sleeves with printed designs do not hold up as well as sleeves with no design (either solid back or clear). I didn't pick up the official Pathfinder sleeves for that reason, although that annoying hologram UltraPro puts on their sleeves wasn't helping their case either.
Personally, I use Dragon Shields for boons and banes and clear Perfect Fits for story cards (scenarios, ships, locations, characters, etc). More expensive than UltraPro but also of higher quality in my opinion.

I just finished sleeving an AP in Dragon Shields. I love the quality of them and I know from experience they hold up longer than Ultra Pros.
The one annoyance is that despite the fact that all my sleeves came from the same display they are cut extremely inconsistently. Some sleeves are taller, some sleeves are wider.
Since this isn't a competitive game, I chose to just suck it up. Also since I sleeved the cards by Adventure Deck, no one bane or boon is all the same.
Still something to consider.
If money is no object, you could do what I wish I had done, and use KMC Hyper Mats. Not only do they lack the hologram annoyance, but they also hold up over the long term as well as Dragon Shields but have a much more consistent cut.
I've been playing (and sleeving) card games for over 20 years now so I know what I'm talking about. lol.
