Depends on the stat outlays. Terrible in 15 pt buy, ok at 20, reasonable at 30. If you have rolls as your base system, you can benchline 30 pt buy as 14 in all stats before racials.
Either way, it's going to be exactly what you expect: you're stretched in a lot of different directions and do well against CR appropriate encounters, but struggle in major encounters.

There's... a lot.
-Anything with a saving throw. All Arcanist exploits use Cha-based DCs.
-All of the elemental damage attacks use Cha
-Bloodline- and School- based abilities use Cha (one of the more irritating drawbacks of trying to build a Blockbuster Arcanist and one of the stronger aspects of the School Savant).
-A random smattering of other stuff. At first glance: Arcane Barrier, Arcane Weapon, Shadow Veil, (Greater) Spell Disruption, (Greater) Spell Resistance, Alter Enhancements, Suffering Knowledge.
You can build an Arcanist that dumps Cha without too much trouble if you want, but you can just as easily make it key.

Ah I see that would be why I hadn't noticed it most of my exploit choices are things that don't require a saving throw e.g. familiar and the bloodline I was looking at was the Kitsune ninetailed one that gives you a ki pool (wis) to boost their spells.
