While reading through I love this class so far but I wonder if I missed this or not but what spells do they get?

Does the Phantom get healed by Positive Energy?

Doesn't say it's an undead as such.

Or does it depend on the Spiritualist's alignment?

I've just made a Spiritualist for PFS and need to know how to heal the Phantom. Also, just gained the Dhampir GM Boon, so wondering if I make a Dhampir Spiritualist can it use Negative Energy to heal it too?

As you note, it's not an undead, it's an outsider, so in the absence of something stating that it isn't healed by positive energy, it is. The player's race doesn't matter. There is an archetype for the spiritualist whose phantom is undead, but since it requires you to be evil, I doubt it's allowed for Pathfinder Society.
