Yeah, Open Enrollment is one month, but it's only $35--meaning only twenty bucks get spent that wouldn't have been spent on training time regardless.
Pioneer is advertised as three months, which would mean 'only' fifty-five bucks get spent that wouldn't have been spent anyways, but if it's only one month, yeah, not sure it's worth it for me.

It is nice to see the store is working. Now if there were a way, in the store, to see what you already own as part of the Kickstarter pledge, that would be great. :-)
You can somewhat see what you got during kick starter,
Go to the top of this page where it states “My Account”Click there, enter your password.
Should have lots of boxes, on the right hand side of the page, 4th box down. You will see “view or cliam kick starter rewards”, click that
Now you should see PFO with a "details" button on the very right side of that box that contains PFO kick starter. Click that details box.
Next you will see a line of 5-6 numbers for steps that were completed when/ if you selected additional rewards. click on a number ( 2 or 3 worked for me).
Now, on the bottom right side of the screen you should be able to a list of rewards that were included with the original kick starter that you have access to.
As to what daily deals you got and other and specifics I cant tell you but at least it is somewhat of a reminder as to what your account has.

Guys having problems with your goblin squad tag...
Go to my account, and then my pledges on the right hand side towards the middle. You should be able to finish it off there.
This did not work for me. It asks for a Claim Code, which I don't have...
Anyone else having problems with this still? Or do we just not like Canadians? :P

Hoping it's the three months, since that is what is on the page advertising the benefits. Kind of helped me justify the selection before I hit "submit".

So, I bought the pioneer and got an email confirmation. How do I get Goblinsquad next to my name here? There is no code in the email I received to enter anywhere. I want to become a member, lol.
Ditto.
It might be a bug, I suppose. We will just have to be patient and let Ryan and his team sort this mess out.

At last!
Feedback to GW:
-Works for international customers (germany). Usual language-barrier (cardholder? had to google it, lol), and i was baffled i had not to file in the cc company. I guess that is coded into the card number...
-under the "my downloads" section i found the product "Pathfinder Online Custom Content: Name Reservation". The mouseover tells me "Do Not Make Live-used as components of other products." Is this intended?
Thank you for bringing the shop online!

1) Lurkers. Lurkers everywhere.
2) That GS claim code?
3) Pioneer says three months, but it came with a one-month package. Does this mean we only got one month free, or do we have four? Or are the other months to be added later?
4) Can I upgrade my tier post purchase by only paying the difference? e.g. I got pioneer for $100, but I want to get geography buff at $400. Do I have to pay the full $400 or just the $300 difference?
Those seem to be the main questions, so if you could answer those somewhere, that would be glorious!

Does anyone understand the relationship between the pledge management system and the new store? On the one hand, I have a balance at the pledge system, but I cannot choose any add-ons. But at the Goblin Store, I'm not recognized as a Goblin Squad member. I want to be able to buy an add-on with my balance for my GF (I have twice-marked and want to get it for her also).
Any idea how to make this work?

@Mbando - There seems to be an issue with properly detecting Goblin Squad membership for the new store. Be sure you're logged in with the right account just to double-check.
I'm having the same problem, and signed out and back in and refreshed a number of times, but still doesn't recognize me. I did have to have Customer Service do some custom handling of my account when I split off my wife's account so that I could get the Magic Master so that might be a contributing factor, but I'm positive that's under the same email since I just got the email from Lee Hammock recently.

It all worked fine for me. I managed to pay for Pioneer access thru the store via the checkout using firefox. So maybe it does prefer international customers like myself.
Hey there, was this your first time pledging (aka you missed the Kickstarter?). If so, how did you get your nifty Goblin Squad title here on the boards?

Any chance we can get a clarification on this from Ryan or one of the other Goblins?

Issues recognizing GS membership should be sorted now.
If you've purchased one of the "Step One: Become a Goblin Squad Member!" products and still cannot buy addons, please log out and log back in. If you still cannot buy addons, please email customer.service@paizo.com and they'll get you squared away.

The name of the product says "Pathfinder Online Game Time 1 Month" but as a Pioneer you'll be getting three of those. You're not seeing the quantity you're getting because we really haven't done multiple quantities of digital assets before, but I will ask the tech folks to look into displaying this information better.

I love your title.
Thank you for the info
That is all.

I pledge on the demo and couldn't pledge on the second kickstarter, so I've done it now.

Is Pathfinder Online Add-On: Guild Starter Pack the only Guild option? Or is there supposed to be a 6-account Guild package in the Become a Goblin Squad Member! section?

They've got a nice granite plaque now with artwork by Wayne Reynolds: Pretty cheap too. Bought one. :) It also sais limited edition but not how much will be sold. Some nice other additions like the Padfolio and Messenger bag. I see the autographed print edition of PFO: Thornkeep is also back. That was a good read.
About the Store: I see the PDF's are still not mentioned in the description of "What you receive" in any of the tiers.
Those PDF's have real value to some people and could draw some people over the line in the 35 and 100 dollar tiers!
Also, the wording under "Product Availability" is still odd with all the tiers.
For instance in the Pioneer 2 month deal it reads: "Fulfilled immediately Will be added to immediately upon purchase of Two."

I can now select add-ons, so that's good, but there is no option for using the balance from my KS pledge--the only options are to use my credit card.
How can we use our pledge balances to select add-ons?
You may be able to do that through the older Kick Starter selection process.
Go to your account. Then go to My Pledge Drives. Next, click Details. Finally click #2, Add-Ons and select.

I'm pretty sure he's already tried that.

Finally bought my Pioneer (Month Two) pack. I'm sort of assuming that the other Downloads are not going to work until I create the character and get going. They say that they're not yet available for Download.
EDIT: Hmmm. $100 later and having signed out and then in again, and I'm still not showing as GS member. The Downloads are in the My Downloads section, but nothing seems to happen when I click them.
Suggestions? Comments? Spare change? Is buying the Pioneer GS Pack enough or am I supposed to spend another $35 on the OE pack as well?!
