Oh my, the skalds are at it again. My time with the ulfen was a brief decade or so, but I did learn that their celebrations are second to none. Several weeks are still...fuzzy, from the feast after I felled this fellow.

I suppose I haven't tested this on anyone else yet...but I digress, certainly. As for the waffles, I carry a waffle iron to bake them, which works quite well even over a campfire. The mix, I carry in a pouch, and as long as we can find a fresh source of water, waffles can be less than an hour away. Nope, never had waffles. I've had plenty of pancakes, but never waffles. There's a place in Adelaide that makes Belgian waffles, but since I'm usually broke, all I can do is gaze longingly through the window.
I've got a better idea. How about you come to South Australia and make me waffles? :P

I believe they are similar, yes, although it has been several decades since I have had an oliphaunt ear. The batter is largely the same, with perhaps minor regional variance. The method of cooking is different, but both confections are quite delicious.

You guys made it very difficult for me, because I liked a lot of the characters. Enough so that I considered running two games, but with a baby soon to get here, I don't think that would be the wisest of things for me to do.

Even though I didn't apply, I will say congrats to those that did, and especially those that made it in. You all are in for a fun time. I'm in one of GM Hill's other campaigns, and definitely there are good things to come.
