I'm looking for ways to cast an Orison, Create Water, on an arcane spellcaster - preferably at will.
I've found numerous traits that allow you to cast arcane cantrips at will, but a similar option for Orisons seem to be eluding me.
I'd be happy to spend a trait or a feat for the Orison, but the spell should be available as soon as possible - ideally at level 1.
The character in question is a level 1 arcanist: 10 Strength, 10 Dexterity, 14 Constitution, 17 intelligence, 8 Wisdom, 16 charisma.

Goblet of Quenching works.
An interesting item, but 2 gallons a day is sadly not quite enough for what I have in mind.
You're looking for the trait Two-World Magic
This is absolutely perfect! Thank you :)

Wait, did you say that there are traits that can give a cantrip at will? All the ones I've seen only give 1/day, or maybe 3/day in a couple of cases. Am I misunderstanding something here?

Two-World Magic allows you to take a 0-level spell on another class's spell list and put it on yours. So you're still losing a cantrip slot to Create Water, but you can do it.

what is it you're planning to use create water for?
a desert campaign or something devious?

No, no, I can understand that, since it is just changing the spell list a bit, and the class gives the cantrips. I got the impression from the way that post was structured that there might be a trait that gives cantrips (or a level 0 spell at will...same difference) regardless of class abilities (ie-a fighter could take the trait and cast prestidigitation all day for example).
Again, I was likely misinterpreting this...but after that feat that gives people ranger-like animal companions, I try not to make presumptions.

You did not misinterpret it, I just worded it badly - I was searching the PFSRD database for feats and traits that affected cantrips for a fair amount of time and the feats/traits got mixed together in my memory as I was typing up my post - the trait I was recollecting while typing was Redheaded, which is 3rd party. I accidentally muddled that trait up with the other cantrip-themed traits that are indeed either limited to x/day, or add a cantrip to an already existing spell list.

I'm looking to join a Skull & Thrones group that will have at least one gillman in it. While I don't believe access to water should be an issue in S&T, I figured I'd err on the side of caution - mainly I want unlimited access to Create Water to be able to stay on top of the Water Dependence weakness.
That said, you never know what kind of things a properly motivated mind can invent when you have access to unlimited amounts of fresh water ;)

Ah, 3rd party. Fair enough. I'll admit that giving a cantrip/orison at will to anybody with a trait is not exactly gamebreaking (well, maybe not detect or read magic, but create water? sure)
While I have never played S&S, and I somewhat doubt most games would really count a mundane resource like water too closely, I would imagine that the ability to create fresh water would be invaluable on an ocean voyage. Water, water everywhere and all that, and seaturtle's blood only gets you so far. Plus, I am sure it would be a welcomed relief to bath without dealing with salt.
With the amount of water you can throw around, you could possibly use it as an early and cheap way of spotting invisible things, since they would interfere with the flow while it is falling and they would make noise when stepping into the puddle.

Two Worlds Magic is an option, but you can save yourself a trait with a Cracked Orange Prism Ioun Stone for 1000 GP.
There are a few other options I've cataloged, but those two are really all you should bother with for a cantrip.

Easy access to fresh water is definitely an advantage at sea. The tonnage used to store drinking water can instead be used to store cargo, or in this case - booty!
There is a fairly large section on "propulsion" in the S&S player's guide under ship combat, I was toying around with the idea of using a paddle wheel and a decanter of endless water to have a propulsion method independent of wind or muscle power...

Thanks for the input! I bookmarked your guide - that's going to be useful in the future :)

Under items, there are a few wayfinders that give various cantrips as at will abilities, above and beyond the basic one that gives light. I know one of them gives detect magic at will...
They would be in Seekers of Secrets, the Pathfinder Society Field Guide and the Pathfinder Society Primer.
They may have costs given in Prestige Points instead of gold.
