Okay, kidding aside:
Yep, it could work. You can actually perform that obedience solo, to be honest.
With an Eidolon though, there are some caveats.
It has to be healthy activity. SSC and all that. If Eidolons are being run strictly by the book descriptions, which most folks don't do in favor of plugging in their own flavor, it runs into some problematic issues with consent. If the Eidolon is utterly controlled by the summoner, it can't be the kind of relationship Arshea would approve.
But if they are acting freely, without compulsion, and the other elements of healthy activity are fulfilled, they should be good.
And /tg/ would probably build a shrine to your PC, but that's another matter.

Even for an Eidolon,
"No" means "No."
That being said, you know that every Eidolon in the history of Summoners that isn't with an adventuring PC, and even many that are, looks like a tall, hot blonde (or red-head). Heck, you can change your Eidolon's look to suit your taste, so...
Bring on the Serpentine Form!

no amount of prestidigitation is going to clean up this thread
Clean up?! I'm waiting for this thread to merge with the Succubus in a Grapple thread.

I swear to God I've seen the OP's concept come up in one of their ERP threads.

So now I have this image in my head of an extraordinarily intelligent, but incredibly socially awkward summoner whose eidolon is the epitome of feminine wile and charm.
Wait...this sounds familiar.
Oh, yeah. (NSFW: Language)

now imagine if some sick twisted individual actually made a race from this idea and published it...oh wait, that was me.
Warped (new race): Born from an unnatural union of humanoid and eidolon, the warped are forever marked by their planar heritage. While it is not as uncommon as some wish for a summoner to be intimate with their eidolon, any children resulting from the union are usually put down if found out. Nearly universally feared or despised by most cultures, the warped tend to see life as a struggle.

Since my Summoner and eidolon are inspired by Clint Eastwood and Clyde*, from 'Any Which Way But Loose', I can't say I've given this idea any thought.
Brrrrrrrrr.
*with his Disable Device/UMD uberskills also inspired by the winner(?) of 'Cannonball Run 2', and 'Ken', who hit the news when I was young, for constantly breaking out of San Diego zoo.
See also the Jokaero race in Warhammer 40K, and the PC idea of an 'orangutan monkeywrencher' has been a long time brewing.

One of the entrants in a previous year's RPG Superstar went down this road, or would have done, except that the NPC had an archetype that only allowed the eidolon to appear when she was asleep, so they could never be 'together' (at least in the romantic sense). A discrete veil was drawn over whether he visited her in her sleep (eeewwww).
It's possible he didn't, so both were extremely frustrated, and he went round the streets, slicing up anyone she dreamt had obstructed her.
