No, this list is of the items seen since the cull, the "fails" are not a part of this list.
"fails" is a bit harsh, don't you think? I agree. It's why I put "fails" in quotation marks. Nobody failed here. They just didn't make an item that appealed to many people. That is not the same thing at all. Should have been clearer there. Thanks Zahir. :)
Well, I'm glad to see my item (haven't since day one).
Moreover I'm surprised that there are so many items I haven't seen yet.

I voted a bunch more this morning.
I'm up to 531 items with 19 on this list I haven't seen.
Are we sure there are more than 550 items post cull? I thought someone in the other thread said he had seen 666 items. I wonder if the extra 166 were culled and he is unaware?

"The Cull" is a bit harsh too. By Google definition it means:

Adding two more items to the list drops that to 6.47% which is about the same.

Hmm. Thank you for the list. I'm kicking myself now, but I appreciate the list nonetheless.

Mine might be due to rounding errors, as I rounded at the 10,000th's place (0.xxxx) for percentages. But at least we can agree that it is above 6% right now.
Edit: I know there is a calculus formula I could use to get a more accurate answer, but I took calculus about 2.5 years ago and don't want to look back at it unless I have to. Granted, it probably would have been faster and easier than having 32 fractions to add together...

You are right. You did a probability. I just did a simple percentage. I wasn't a math major either. Gee, I hope I didn't multiply to get my item's caster level.

200 more votes today and I didn't come across one that wasn't already in the DB. Maybe I'll find the missing diamonds in the rough on my way to Champion voter!

It's amazing all the things you can do to get yourself disqualified if you don't take the time to read the actual rules of the contest. Well, actually it's not amazing at all, except for the idea that people don't bother to learn what they're getting into.
I was so glad to see this and know for sure, only to see my item the next vote...
I'll definitely be keeping an eye out to return the favor.
The short answer is that you are probably correct, though I think the list has a few more additions coming.
Just want to make sure here, if my item isn't on the list right now, that means I've been culled right? I'm not complaining, just want to know if I can share my item with my friends at this point. Don't want to cut myself out if I still have a chance lol.
Just to be safe, I would wait to do something that might get you disqualified. There is a chance that people have seen your item, but didn't add it to the list. However, you are allowed to show your friends privately. Just don't post it on facebook or somewhere that anyone has a chance to look at it. Use private e-mails, or face-to-face. There is always hope, so just hold out until the 21st!

Eh, I didn't really think it had a chance at Top 32 anyway, though I was hoping to at least make it past the cull.

Why does the DB have only 508 items if you've seen 525? Chop chop!!
Because I don't have google access, so I can't add to the DB.
I've sent the list to 5 people, so someone should be updating soon.
