Ok, so this may be a fever-dream of my end-of-semester mind, but I got to thinking: wouldnt it be cool to have a team of magical girls (à la sailor moon) serving sarenrae? There are a BUNCH of sarenrae-specific things out there, and I'm thinking it would be pretty cool. So here's how I think it would go:
Core team:
Paladin: Saren-Red, halfling
Cleric: Saren-Yellow, human
Inquisitor: Saren-Blue, half-orc
Friends & allies:
Dawnflower Dervish (bard): Saren-Pink, musetouched aasimar
Dwanflower Dervish (fighter): Saren-Green, Half-Elf
Dawnflower dissident: Saren-Black, Drow
Am I forgetting any archetypes/prestige classes/weirdness? Should I include the oracle? Or am I going insane?

This. Also they'd serve better as magus imo, need that prestidigitation for that bishie sparkle. Well, that and magic...

Oooh I totally made a paladin for a 4e game that never got off the ground that was a take on magical girls! My idea was that she was one of the first iterations of the Sailor Soldiers, born right after the destruction of the Moon Kingdom, and that her order was an mostly-girl paladin order dedicated to fighting for love and justice in the name of the moon (goddess)!
I even managed to make her paladin armor look kinda like the sailor scout uniform (but, you know, with metal).
It's on my computer somewhere, I'll dig it up.

I've got a magus build I'd love to play with that. Dark Magic Guy with Tsundere personality. I mean... If that's what you like, its not like he wants to go on adventures with you or anything.
I'd say oracle instead of cleric personally. That charisma! I'd say magus, oracles, and bards do great magical guy/girl stuff, not too keen on the Saranrae stuffs though. Can always grab sword of mercy trait if you don't want to be a killer with them too.

I always wanted to do this with the Elemental Wizards. Just imagine, an Elf shouts "WIND!" A Half Orc shouts "FIRE!" A Dwarf shouts "EARTH!" A Halfling shouts "WATER!" All of them doing sparkles and shines and stuff while a Human shouts "VOID! WITH OUR POWERS COMBINED...!" and starts summoning something. Teamwork feats everywhere. Cheese and Ham.
Granted, everyone knows that the 5 elements according to the Monks are Fire, Water, Earth, Lightning, and Interpretive Dance, so that'd be funny as well.

For anyone looking to that moon flavor in Golarion, while he is male there's still Tsukiyo. He's a LG god of madness too, so who knows? This concept may have crossed his mind.

riding that build would prove mechanically problematic and in terms of roleplaying would most likely require a safe word

Thinking of it, it should "Mahou shoujo no Sarenrae" (magical girls of sarenrae, if my japanese is correct).
So, Saren-Red, the halfling paladin(with a bonded mount for lamontius). She'll be the cocky and brash one.
Saren-yellow will be the moe one who buffs the others; maybe an evangelist cleric.
Saren-blue will be the tsundere one, all scary one moment (high intimidate) and all kind the next.
Saren-pink will be the sexy one, using her seductive prowess to get the upper hand.
Saren-black will be the crafty but creepy one, always whispering under her breath (secret casting)(probably good for oracle/dissident of dawn)
And sorry for this MrSin, but you will forevermore be a tsundere bishie in my mind. Your avatar even kinda looks the part. I dont mind if you think of me as a magical girl (or that weird rune-skull I use as my avatar).

I am working on an evil campaign, similar to this, but with an entire party devoted to Cthulhu, simply because I have friends who are just plain excited to play a Cthulhuist and summon him to bring about the endtimes.
It will be an antipaladin, warpriest, cleric and inquisitor of Cthulhu running around spreading psychotic cultist love.
The Warpriest didn't exist when this thread was made.
A lot of magical girls are well made as Warpriests, really. I'd stat up Sayaka as a Warpriest with the Healing domain that follows an ideal instead of a god.
The question now is...how many monsters with tentacles can be fit into one dungeon?

Maybe the Saraknights should play through Curse of the Crimson Throne? There's a thread on the CotCT forum called Are there enough tentacles? for a reason...
A (perhaps slightly reskinned?) witch might make for a good group caster. Get Improved familiar and choose silvanshee agathion and you'll have a natural group mentor.
There's the goddess Shizuru, of the sun and swordspersonship.
Works with the name, too. Shizuru no Mahou Shoujo!
I guess magic boy would be Mahou Shounen? I have a warpriest of Shizuru...
A White Mage Arcanist could fit in to fill an arcane gap.

I'm all for Saren-Red being a paladin but here are some things you might want to consider:
1) The Red Ranger, and leader, is almost always the "I don't know what I'm doing but here we go!" type. Usagi from Sailor Moon had no idea what she was doing, ran away a lot, but always pulled it out in the end. Cardcaptor Sakura was similar, while not a coward she didn't really know what she was doing most of the time. Maybe like a 'Lost leader' type person. The Cocky one is usually one of the other ones that the leader has to keep in check.2) You need to equip them all with the following:
a) Glamoured armor (so they can all be in their sailor outfits)
b) Rings of Jumping (so they can do those insane high jumps or jump down from buildings)
c)They all need to have signature different weapons. The team leader, Saren-Red, of course needs the sword (preferably a Katana). The others must all have weapons different than each other.
d) Warpriest could be Saren-White, their old mentor who is a Sacred Fist (lots of Buddhism and meditation stuff.)
