This scenario looks great; feels a bit like a First Steps, part 4. Didn't really expect that. Strange boon on the chronicle sheet, considering that. I'll leave anymore feedback to the review.
Questions.
1) Survival check on p9 says "Unless a PC succeeds at a .... check" - is it reasonable to suggest that one PC can make the check and the rest can aid? Or is it strictly limited to one PC getting a total of 15 on their own? Note that this is an active check; a passive check seems like it would make more sense that only one PC could make the check where aid wasn't allowed.
2) Section B2 - instead of the knowledge check, can PCs make 2 checks using both of the 2 alternate skills? Or do they have to just pick 1? They're both untrained.
3) Section B3 - what indication do the PCs get if they get the blessing? Do they know what the benefit is?
4) Scaling B4 sidenote has some numbers in brackets - what do these mean? Looks like it might be an editing error?
5)

1) GMs are always allowed to decide how many PCs can reasonably aid. Use your best judgement and decide what would be most enjoyable for the table.
2) Not sure I fully understand the question, but they can choose to use any one of the 5 skills once.
3) I would describe the benefit in detail but would also follow that with the crunch. I'm enjoying this evening a bit too much to drop some fluff here, but I'll say this: be creative!
4) Yep. I blame Thursty. Don't ask why.
5) I would treat any player who's been exposed to the story and aware of what's in B3 as NOT being a first time player. i.e. those who've GM'd it should count as having played it already.

I am kind of glad you did the favorite thing to my post, Kyle Baird, so because of that I am going to just gross-double-post and just basically say that if you want to get better at functioning in PFS at a low level you should play this scenario, because the experience of it is going to save you having to track down and read a number of disparate blog posts and threads
now, it may just super murder your first awesome-super-best-just-the-coolest-person you want to implement in this first game, but hey, that is PFS being PFS and showing you how to respect the mechanics while also loving the flavor
fluff knowledge + mechanics knowledge = good

Carlos, a broken weapon has -2 attack, -2 damage, and only crits on 20/x2 , which is why it might looks like he's not wielding it two handed. So you might want to fix your stats.
Ah, actually that explains the stats. He actually is two handing the battleaxe (+6 STR x 1.5) but the -2 is from broken. Hence the +4.
I fixed his stats already and re-uploaded, used this chance to go ahead and add in a player handout that contains a checklist with everything in Janira's backpack. This way I can just give it to the PCs if/when they run away.
Cheers CRobledo, love your work.
Will be back with a report after next Tuesday.
Thanks Andrei!
For this one I also made a treasure checklist, to help GMs keep track of what the party finds so they can mark them on or off the chronicle sheets. There are quite a few things scattered everywhere.

I wasn't either, but it's a really nice item. Unfortunately not something that can be fixed until next week. If *I* were to GM this before it's fixed, I'd write it on chronicles for my players.

I know this is unlikely to get answered by tomorrow but:
How is the gold distribution handled in a mixed party of level 1s and twos? Going by the RAW of the guide:
Party playing the 1 subtier, the level 2 characters get the average of subtier 1 and 2 gold?
Party playing the 2 subtier, the level 1 characters get the average of subtler 1 and 2 gold?
Or is there no OOT gold at all, since it's not listed on the chronicle like other season 5 scenarios? (I have a feeling this was the intention)

I'll be running this on Sunday, and I know my players well (I've been playing since Season 0 with some of these chumps). They are going to insist on fighting the minotaur as soon as they run into it, because PFS NPCs have a legendary reputation for their ineptness over here and they won't take the halfling's suggestion that she can lead it away seriously - you have no idea how glad I am to see a supporting NPC with class levels who actually does something in combat. So I'm a bit afraid they'll feel like the scenario ends on a low note since they sort of don't get a BBEG fight at the end, but hopefully they'll enjoy it anyway. I actually expect they'll get more out of their second playthrough just because they're probably not going to be able to predict all the things that can vary between each playthrough of this.

Yes, if they fight it early, they get the horns. A minotaur, emerging from the surrounding trees with a clear path to charge some poor little PC.
If they fight it early, then it increases the odds they explore both C4 and C5 and less likely to walk into something at C6 (pulling room #'s from memory).

Pretty much this. Beating the miontaur early is one way to play and is purposely included as a possibility. That said, I imagine the minotaur would stomp at least one or two PCs into the ground before falling. This may be just the challenge some folks want. It may also serve as an important lesson about the better part of valor, which could be an even more painful experience at later levels.
Yes, it keeps the greataxe no matter which subtier they're playing if they ignore Janira's warnings.

I'll report back here on the minotaur situation on Sunday night, but five gold says they fight it immediately and get through with no PC deaths, even though five out of six characters attending will be brand new, all but one will be ACG class tests, and one will be a reroll of a character with 1 XP (33 tables and counting of no deaths at tables I've run, and I don't pull punches - just always end up with cold dice).

Running this in little more than an hour.
Is it me or the Last of the Azlanti's still have a bit of divine spark on Golarion?
Also depending on Gm choice on the item selection in a certain area does the GM cross off the items from the Chronicle sheet if he did not select them?
Just as a wand might still store energy after the creator has perished or a battery might gradually lose charge.

I got the impression it is a bit of left over energy, like if a Aroden Cleric made a wand of cure light wounds or something.
In the Scarred lands, there was a trilogy centered around the resurrection of a dead god. I doubt Paizo would do something similar.

By being so stunned by the quality of the scenario that your eyes were blinded to greater detail. You are now an Oracle of Paizo.

OK i ran this after Thanksgiving for a mixed group of 4 players. All fresh level 1s. Some new to role-playing all together and some new to PFS and 1 that plays PFS semi regular. Everyone had a great time, the mix is the great, the tips on running it different are awesome.
This is a great introduction to PFS.
