So I just saw a cool loophole with Hunter. The Verminous Hunter archetype gives you a different list for your Focus, one of which is Fast Healing 1. If your pet is dead you get to keep the 24 hour bonus in lieu of your pet. Combine that with Fast Healer feat and you can get some pretty good Fast Healing. Fast Healing 3-4 at level 3 is pretty easy to get.
The problem is this doesn't scale well at all. Fast healing 3 is a lot less impressive at level 10 than it was at level 3. Are there any other feats or traits or class abilities that would boost your fast healing? Besides cranking your constitution score?

It's debatable whether or not the Fast Healer feat would work with the fast healing supernatural ability.
Don't be so quick to assume it does.

The issue is that there is not a single feat or class ability that would increase your Fast Healing. If you would get a different source of Fast Healing, the higher version will take effect.
Now , if you combine Fast Healing with another thing, like Temporary Hit Points, you will get something decently effective.
A +4 Lifesurge weapon and the armor, Skin of Klendar the Troll King, would effectively five you Regenerative Temporary Hit Points 5 per round, capping at 9 Temporary Hit Points. If you have a Life Oracle with Life Link, have them wear the Armor and Weapon. This would make it that each round you would heal 5 plus Fast Healer, and they only take 5 damage, which they recover via Temporary Hit Points.
It is expensive, but can be another source of healing.
Yeah, I also assumed this pretty obviously works. Supernatural is magical, Fast Healer says you gain +1/2 con mod when receiving magical healing. May be unintentional on the feat author's part, but RAW it seems to be 100% fine, and it's not necessarily that overpowered. At level 1-6 or whatever it is pretty insane, but after that it tapers off real quick.
The biggest complaint I have about it is that killing your pet to gain a bonus is kind of a huge flavor-fail, but that's an oversight in the design of the Hunter class in general. The eidolon-esque primal hunter archetype is way more egregious with what it can do with a dead pet.
If I WERE to play a character with this in mind I'd probably end up going Half-Orc Witch Doctor. Not only do Half-Orcs get Endurance for free, they also qualify, and this archetype synergizes for obvious reasons.

I believe that was intentional, as an option for players who aren't really interested in permanent pets but might like some of the other class features.
Obviously the class is specifically intended to be coordinated pet user, but the more viable options there are in the class chassis, the more likely it is to see use.
I guess it does make the Hunter a lot better as a dip, if there is something they have that you want, like Lead Blades or something.
