Is Ultimate Campaign legal for PFS?

I've checked the document, but the book isn't mentioned at all.

I want to know if the traits mentioned are legal for PFS characters, specifically the one where any luck bonus is increased by +1 (I forget the name).

Yeah it is really great to make a bad feat choice at level 1/3/5 and be stuck with it forever.

Really, pathfinder should be all about reading every feat, spell, ability and knowing which feats, spells, and abilities are the trap feats, spells, and abilities because system mastery is fun
