Currently Sydney Australia, born in Wollongong ( The Gong as the locals like to call it), grew up in Ballina near Byron Bay, in the sub tropical north of the State of New South Wales. Went to the University of New England in Armidale (Australia has a New England as well) its claim to fame at the time I went it had the largest consumption of alcohol per head in the Southern Hemisphere and the 3rd in the world, that and 2 members of the band Cold Chisel went there once.
