Multiple Metamagic Feats on a Spell: A spellcaster can apply multiple metamagic feats to a single spell. Changes to its level are cumulative. You can't apply the same metamagic feat more than once to a single spell.

Well if you are going level 9 you might as well make a burning, reaching, silent, still, empowered, maximized acid splash. That is some impressive 4 damage and they burn for 0 times 2 more damage the next round. You could even be hundreds of feet away just by looking at them. Wham 4 acid damage b*****, feel the burn!
If you wanted to show mercy you could apply merciful for free.

That's what I thought, I just wanted to make sure it wasn't errata'd somewhere with only allowing one metamagic somewhere. Thank you for the quick replies.
You can add multiple metamagic feats to one spell. For example, you could cast a quickened, maximized, toppling magic missile spell, but it would take up a 9th level spell slot (+4 for quickened, +3 for maximized, +1 for toppling).
Don't tell my party's gnome blaster about that combo. He's all about quickened magic missiles.

Only for spontaneous casters. If a preparation caster memorizes his spell that way (with all those metamagic feats) it is still the normal casting time of the spell. Unless Quicken is one of the metamagic feats, which then makes it a free action.

And Spontaneous Metafoucs will remove it for spontaneous casters with the selected spell.

Not a free action. It makes it a swift action. That is a pretty important distinction :)
