Well, waiting for my appointment. Today they get to run electrical current through my back as well as the sucky exercises. Yay.....I'm just thrilled I tell you.

I only had to endure a little over 30 minutes of torture today. Started with some kind of elliptical machine, then exercises, and finally getting a strong electrical current sent through the lower back muscles. Fun

Next is my Dr. appointment at 11:15, then I deal with my damn boss, then we can come home to relax and sleep.

Saw Dr. he still wants me off work till at least Friday. Now I have to wait on paperwork. That should only take another couple hours. And yes, I work in a very strange place.

O...M...G!! I just changed the Alias to actually say Doctor instead of Dr.!

EDIT: However, I did find an Alias labelled 'The Doctor' which techically speaking is more accurate.
