I looked around, and was unable to find anything that says a raging character loses rage when fatigued, only that you cannot enter rage if fatigued.

I just kind of figured if you cant enter rage fatigued then I just assumed you can't be raging when fatigued but if not then I can try and continue the fight

GM if the fight continues:

Macho man will go for the Pin Pin grapple manuever: 1d20 + 12 + 5 ⇒ (5) + 12 + 5 = 22

if the fight continues

OHHHH That stings and Macho forces (or at least attempts) to force his opponent to the ground for the pin

Grapple check 22 (includes the fatigued penalty)

Looked up more stuff, fatigue definitely does not drop a barbarian out of rage, it only prevents him or her from beginning a new rage. It's Macho's turn.

see my edit...

Grunting and bleeding a lot, Macho Man manages to pin Kyrian to the ground, preventing him from striking out again with the sword.

Kyrian's turn, he has the pinned condition.

Male Tiefling

Well then, I expect my only action will be to attempt an escape artist check. Hopefully I can make it or Macho passes out before his next turn, or I suppose I'll be eating some damage.

GM:
Escape Artist: 1d20 + 3 ⇒ (18) + 3 = 21

Not entirely positive of the DC, I think it's against my opponent's CMD?

Kyrian Only:
I believe you only have a +2 to Escape Artist due to the chain shirt, correct me if I'm wrong.

Male Tiefling

GM:
Whoops yeah, forgot to look at the ACP. You are correct.

Due to Kyrian's improbably flopsy writhing, and Macho Man's cold, tired arms, Kyrian manages to slip out of the big guy's pin, and get to his feet.

Kyrian Only:
You have a move action remaining.

Male Tiefling

GM:
Am I prone after getting pinned? If not, then I won't do anything with it, but if I am, then I'll risk standing up.

Kyrian Only:
Nope, not pinned (which is why I mentioned you got to your feat).

Macho Man's turn.

Navasi, Human, outlaw Envoy 4 | SP 24/24; HP 28/28 | RP 4/4 | EAC 17; KAC 18 | Fort +1; Ref +6; Will +6 | Init: +2 | Perc: +5; Perc. +7

GM:

Acrobatics to move back 40' and drink potion cure light wounds.

acrobatics check: 1d20 + 5 ⇒ (11) + 5 = 16
Potion if he gets to it CLW: 1d8 + 1 ⇒ (3) + 1 = 4

Macho man attempts to back away from his opponent

acrobatics check = 16
if successful then he drinks a vial of liquid and looks refreshed

Male Tiefling

How far did you move and/or to where? If it was just a 5-foot step, no need for acrobatics, though if farther, that will keep you safe.

Macho Man masterfully manages mobile manœuvres malgré Mr. Malificent's morsal metal.

Also I need an exact square.

Navasi, Human, outlaw Envoy 4 | SP 24/24; HP 28/28 | RP 4/4 | EAC 17; KAC 18 | Fort +1; Ref +6; Will +6 | Init: +2 | Perc: +5; Perc. +7

oops my bad, i shoulkd be able to reach A2 with 40' movement

Kyrian is in F09, and each square you pass through without provoking counts as 2, so I'm pretty sure you can't get to that corner.

Male Tiefling

^ Huh?
.
I'm pretty sure if he succeeds at the check to avoid AoO's from me, he can move through the squares I threaten with no problem.
.
That said, it does require moving at half speed in order to not take a -10 penalty on the check, I'm pretty sure.

Navasi, Human, outlaw Envoy 4 | SP 24/24; HP 28/28 | RP 4/4 | EAC 17; KAC 18 | Fort +1; Ref +6; Will +6 | Init: +2 | Perc: +5; Perc. +7

Ahh will go the other way to L17

Male Tiefling

You're at G10 last I heard, right? If you've got 40 feet of movement, you can head as far as J13 or I14, without provoking an attack of opportunity from me.
.
If you want to move your full speed, you can make it to L16, but that would provoke an attack from me, because your effective acrobatics check would be 6 instead of 16. I'm pretty sure, anyway.

Navasi, Human, outlaw Envoy 4 | SP 24/24; HP 28/28 | RP 4/4 | EAC 17; KAC 18 | Fort +1; Ref +6; Will +6 | Init: +2 | Perc: +5; Perc. +7

dang it will I ever get this crap right...J13 it is then

i need to get to sleep I must be way to tired

Male Tiefling

Heh, alright then. Later.

Navasi, Human, outlaw Envoy 4 | SP 24/24; HP 28/28 | RP 4/4 | EAC 17; KAC 18 | Fort +1; Ref +6; Will +6 | Init: +2 | Perc: +5; Perc. +7

GM:

Alright resolved then acrobatics to J13 then the potion cure light as rolled previous (+4 HP) bringing me to 5

Macho Man is in J13, Kyrian in F09. Kyrian's turn.

Male Tiefling

Seeing his opponent retreat Kyrian mutters to himself, "Dhe unë gjithmonë merrni për të qenë tallën 'zhburrëruar' në këtë vend? Kjo arenë është i çmendur."

Abyssal:
"And I always get jeered for being 'unmanly' in this place? This arena is insane."

With that, he moves quickly to his side, following in a similar direction as his opponent, but moving behind a different pillar. Leaning out for a moment, he flicks his wrist, sending a green acidic missile towards his opponent.

Movement takes me to E15.

GM:
Move action over to E15 and, if I'm understanding Cover correctly, that should be able to negate Macho's by using the top left corner of my square as the origin point? Then standard to cast Acid Splash.
.
Acid Splash Attack: 1d20 + 4 ⇒ (10) + 4 = 14
Damage: 1d3 ⇒ 2

14 on a touch attack, 2 acid damage if it hits, and ideally, I think you don't have cover from where I'm at?

Navasi, Human, outlaw Envoy 4 | SP 24/24; HP 28/28 | RP 4/4 | EAC 17; KAC 18 | Fort +1; Ref +6; Will +6 | Init: +2 | Perc: +5; Perc. +7

Ohhhhhh That burns. Time to make you hurt

Macho man moves to the location where the acid came from bringing his massive fist to bear on his opponent.

to the GM:

move to square f14 unless that will still be considered cover otherwise he moves (to avoid the AOO to get to square E14

the touch attack hits regardless of cover or not because of the fatigue condition.

currently at 3 HP

attack:

attack: 1d20 + 8 ⇒ (13) + 8 = 21
damage: 1d4 + 6 ⇒ (2) + 6 = 8
if no longer fatigued (unsure of duration) then add +1 to each of those rolls.

Attack roll = 21
Damage roll = 8

fatigue condition applied

Macho, I'll let you know if you recover from the fatigue. Do you guys think this situation merits any Arbitration? Should I post the result of Macho's swing, or a description of it in the arena? Or should I just leave that to Kyrian? Questions, questions.

Navasi, Human, outlaw Envoy 4 | SP 24/24; HP 28/28 | RP 4/4 | EAC 17; KAC 18 | Fort +1; Ref +6; Will +6 | Init: +2 | Perc: +5; Perc. +7

well this is most likely the end anyway depending on the dice gods

Kyrian your up

Macho is in square F14

Male Tiefling

Well, I can mention if things hit me and so on easily enough. That one does, which puts me at very low health. So yeah, this is probably close to the end, one way or the other.
.
Round, erm... actually, I don't know what round this is.

GM:
5-foot stepping around the pillar and full attacking (sword, bite).
Sword Attack: 1d20 + 5 ⇒ (14) + 5 = 19
Damage: 1d6 + 2 ⇒ (4) + 2 = 6
.
Bite Attack: 1d20 - 1 ⇒ (17) - 1 = 16
Damage: 1d6 ⇒ 6

Growling as the attack collides with him, Kyrian snarls. He gasps for breath, clearly wounded, but steps out around the pillar. Launching into the offense, he swings with his sword while simultaneously lunging forward to bite with his teeth.

5-foot step to E-14, then a sword and bite attack. 19 on the sword and 16 on the bite to hit. 6 damage on each of them.
.
And that'll be all for my turn if you aren't down after that.

The powerful blow from Macho Man seems to almost drop the tiefling, but he rallies quickly and lands a two devastating attacks that rips into Macho's chest, sword and teeth each severing quite a lot of muscle. Macho man falls backwards onto the ground, rather mangled.

Male Tiefling

As his opponent falls, Kyrian steadies himself against the pillar, winded. Blood stains his mouth and he turns his head to spit to the side, before wiping the majority of it away.

Moving to stand over his opponent, he lifts the sword high but then pauses. He works his jaws a bit to speak in Common, the words more difficult in his mouth than for most.

"That was a good fight," he says in a deep voice. "Until next time. Sorry for this." With that, he drives the sword down for a quick, clean end.

After a few seconds, he steps back, then looks around at the audience, tail twitching. He hesitates a moment, then takes a deep breath, and lets loose a victorious roar, which echoes for several seconds. As it finally fades out, he turns to leave the arena.

The crowd cheers as more blood splatters, and claps for Kyrian. Just as they begin to settle down, the roar tears through the stadium stuen them into silence. Everyone then bursts into a second, even louder round of appreciative cheering, and chants "DEMON! DEMON! DEEEEEEEEEEMOOOOOOON!" as the tiefling walks away, leaving a ripped open bag of armor and flesh behind him.
