Thanks to all for responding. This looks like a fun idea. Hopefully last question. Does the -2 sorcerer levels affect when the strength and such is obtained?
OK here goes. I think I will try out the half orc oracle. I like the idea of the heritage feats making me more orc. I have talked with the gm for the upcoming game and will be taking the bastard trait as a comic "OMG, he slept with that."
I believe the Bastard trait says explicitly it's "human only". Of course you'd think it makes sense for half-elves and half-orcs too, but that's not what it says. I don't know if there's a good in-campaign reason why a Bastard needs to be a pure human. There might be. Definitely double check this with your GM.
Edit: In this thread JJ says half-elves and half-orcs can be Bastards too, so you're fine on this front.

I took Bastard and the feat Fey Foundling for my Kingmaker character. Mommy was a married noble woman who had a fey lover on the side. . .those satyr really get around:)
Remember that Half-Orcs & Half-Elves count as Humans and Orcs/Elves for Race.
