Ok, So there is another thread that has talked about sharing preparation for scenarios across our large pool of PFS GMs.
I've created This as a start.
This is a shared google doc folder that everybody with the link above had access to edit and borrow from. It's kind of bare bones right now, I'm hoping that our community can fill up the folders. Let me know if there are upgrades to the organization of it that you'd like to see.
If you're not sure how to use google docs, or don't want to chance breaking it you can
Here are the rules:
Play nice -- this is not a tool to share scenarios, just our prep for them
Don't take, just copy
If you are availing yourself of this resource, please also give to it
*** any scenarios uploaded will be deleted****

Just to start out the module section, probably needs some checking and re-organizing, but HeroLab .por & "printed" (using Armidale's character sheet format) .htm sheets for the various Ruby Phoenix Tournament NPCs.
Be very careful if you print these out from the HTM files. Because of the NPC levels, some of the files can have quite a large page count.

I assume we can also mail you listings of errors and such? :)
I've found a ton. ;)
If you want to. Considering this is going to be fan-based I'm not expecting everything to be pristine, and if I have time to edit things I will. However, instead of nitpicking others work, put up your own w/out the errors :D

Should we put up cut out scenario images and cut up custom maps for printing?
Regardless, I have a lot of GM prep notes / stat blocks to put up.
From my perspective: put up what you have ... I just don't want people putting up entire scenarios to be shared since that is strictly against TOS.

I often copy stats from the PRD of monsters just listed by their Bestiary reference into a Word doc I can print out so I don't have to pull out the book every time (also reduces some metagaming from players well versed in the book), and I'd be willing to share the few I've created so far.
Feel free to upload them as long... follow the link in the original post and find your season and scenario folder :)
FYI for everyone uploading ... if you can upload it into a converted google doc format it doesn't take away from the storage capacity -- if it can't be converted fine, but if you can please do so. thanks.
And thank you for contributing

Excellent Job! Bravo!
This is just what we needed as a community. I will add things that have been given on the board and made public. I don't have any claim on the stuff I am uploading, or most of it but it has been posted on the boards, so thus it is free anyways.
I have added things that were posted in the past on drop box and such.

Yay, the thread is stickied! I went to add my prep for Refuge of Time and Haunting of Hinojai and found that it was already there! (Yay people doing stuff for me!) I think I'll be adding my other prep throughout the day. (At least, the ones I've done since I started typing it up as opposed to writing lots of notes on scenarios)
EDIT: Okay, I added the other prep I had easily available plus some of the pics I show players for reference. I might transcribe some of the ones I wrote by hand and add them later.

You guys are truly awesome ...
There is a wealth of information already uploaded and I know it's only going to get better :)
Thanks to all of you that have contributed, keep up the good workd
Have to say my favorite references so far are the GM After mod reference and the scenario prep checklist ... soooo handy already hehe.

Added a few files, including a 2-page after-gm thing - identical to the original on the front but with two tables from the Guide on the back so if a GM prints it front-back they'll have more info available for players post-scenario.
Several of the things I'm uploading are not mine, but garnered from other GMs in similar threads over the months.

A heads up on stuff I've noticed w/ the Google Docs - when using the Google Docs viewer, it seems to mess up where page breaks are placed on .docx. I've noticed a couple empty pages/missing page breaks in stuff I've uploaded. I would recommend downloading the file before printing it so you can double check to see if the page breaks are correct or not.

I added a quick spreadsheet I made of standard weapon and armor HP and Hardness. There are tabs for Small, Medium and Large size gear, with values for the most common materials (Normal, Adamantine, Mithral and Cold Iron) and adjustments for magic weapons. It's correct to the best of my knowledge, but I welcome any corrections.

Thanks for creating this, it's got the potential to be an amazing resource.
So, forgive my ignorance, but how do I move a copy of a file from my google drive to the shared prep drive? For example, I have a spreadsheet that lists all the vitals of the encounters in Among the Living on my drive, here, how do I get it into the PFS 7: Among the Living in the shared prep drive?

right click the file in your goodle drive and copy ... open the shared drive .. locate the folder and paste into the correct drive .. should work .. if not ...
copy and paste to your desktop .. then click and drag into the shared drive.

A couple of us in our local group have been discussing how to keep track of which players have played which scenarios as a way of streamlining scheduling. The current idea is to have a Google Docs sheet anyone can edit, and it occurred to me that we can't be the first people to have had this idea. Is there such a critter out there in the digital wild anywhere that anybody here knows of?

This can work with a small enough community, but as it grows you'll drive yourself mad trying to keep track of what's been run for who, by who etc.
Heck, I have a hard enough time keeping track of what I've played/GMed!

Wow this worked well. Great job!

I've uploaded some items for 3-25: Storming the Diamond Gate. Included are:
- Images for the rune gate.
- My GM cheat sheet, including player handouts for the various runes.
- Custom 1" scale maps for both levels of the dungeon.
Note that these maps are designed to be printed on a plotter. It should be possible to print them on smaller paper and tile them together.
Out of curiosity, how much room is there on this Google Drive? Some of my maps are fairly large files.

Currently it's my personal google drive.. however, I'm in talks with someone to host it... if it's something that can be upleaded as a google doc then it takes no space, if it absolutely cannot be a google doc then feel free to upload it (there is still tons of room currently)
Myron -- after your things were uploaded I'm still only at 18% for the whole drive (shared and my personal sections) so I think we're good.

Thanks for the quick reply! I will convert the PDFs that I posted to Google Docs format later this evening. I'm not sure how well the poster maps will convert, but I'll give them a try too.

If it screw it up too badly don't worry about converting them ... and not sure if the pdfs will convert to a google format (I haven't found it at lease).
Honestly, I think we're ok for now ... if the drive starts to get out of hand I'll look at something different
(really brain is stuck on 2 hours of work left and then 2 weeks off for my internship lol)

I was just looking over the shared material for Rise of the Goblin Guild (thanks to those who contributed!), and there's a file that appears to be blank. It's the first file, named Ekkie after the name of that goblin. Can anyone else see anything in that file? Is it just me, or did it not upload properly?
