All adepts starting on page 244 have 0-level spells that their stat blocks say they can cast at will. Adepts, however, do not have the orisons ability, which allows 0-level divine spells to be cast indefinitely. Their daily orisons are finite.

and if there are no penalties for two-weapon fighting on the shield can there be penalties assessed to the waraxe?

The feat has a problem in the way it's being written as there is no "NORMAL" entry as to what the difference is without having the feat.

The way I read it is that the feat gives you the shields enchancement bonus which is normally just an enhancement to your shield bonus to AC and lets you use it as a standard weapon bonus.

So your +3 shield becomes +3 to attack and damage and you basically use it as a normal weapon in two weapon fighting with the standard -2 penalty to both attacks. Which kind of makes sense otherwise your off hand weapon becomes more proficient than your main hand. So basically you get to treat your shield as a light off hand weapon, as opposed to being penalized for using something that's not a light weapon, in which case the penalties would be -4 to both weapons.

I know there are quite a few error reports dealing with fly. In the past, see GMG Battle Mage p. 256, the caster level for fly has been added into the Fly skill.
Since the fly spell is the only reason the NPC can fly in the 1st place, shouldn't it be included in the skills?
And I do realize if you remove the fly spell caster level points from Fly that the skill points balance.
