Can a Summoner with the feat Skeleton Summoner use his SLAs to summon those skeletons?
Does Augment Summoning work on Skeletons? I would assume that because they don't get a Con boost (having Con-) they don't get any bonus hit points, but it otherwise works.
I'm thinking of playing a Master Summoner with this combo in PFS, so house rules won't apply.

I knew that was the case for Augment Summoning, I didn't realise it was a general rule.
The skeleton summoning feat requires spell focus necromancy, whereas augment summoning requires spell focus conjuration. I'm just waiting for someone to argue they come from different sources of magic and therefore don't work with each other. It's things like that I want to make sure of before I commit to a character.

Homerule: Not to be used in game unless accepted by the DM
With things like "Requires Toughness"--most specifically Dwarven Defender--I would always allow "Improved Toughness" in it's place. The concept is the same, after all. With something like this, I'd totally allow a 'skewing' of the wording. Truth be told, Spell Focus doesn't help a summoner at all anyway.
