I got an email for the Kickstarter update through Kickstarter. The update reads:
"... Yesterday, we sent an email from customer.service@paizo.com to the email associated with each backer's Kickstarter account. The email includes a link to Paizo's new Pledge Drive management tool, where you'll be able to validate the information we've received from Kickstarter. ..."
However, I did not receive any email from Paizo, neither through the email address I registered at Kickstarter nor through the email address I use here (which is different).
*Naturally* I already checked all Spam Folders.
Any suggestions? Cheers!

Please email customer.service@paizo.com with your kickstarter email address and we can resend the email.
Thanks!

Paul Ryan wrote:No email for me either. I guess there's an issue somewhere.Same. I'm guessing there's a lag between the people at the start of the list and the end in the same way that (for example) not all Adventure Path subscribers receive emails at the same time for the same product.
Please email customer.service@paizo.com with your kickstarter email address and we can resend you your email.

Where can I see if I already have the special icon (Goblin Squad)?
Head over to the Pathfinder Online section of the messageboard and any posts you make there should identify you with a special icon.

I did get an email from CS about the PDFs,
came as a standard order. But nothing pertaining to the management tool, yet.
Would that be in a separate email?
Yes. However since your pledges have already been hooked up to your paizo.com account, you don't really need that specific email. You can just go to your My Pledge Drive page (accessed from your My Account page. That being said, I've resent the email so you have it for your records.

Hey folks,
In order to keep requests from getting lost in the chaos, I'm locking this thread.
If you have a different email address for kickstarter, please email customer.service@paizo.com with your kickstarter email address and we can resend the email.
If you have the same paizo.com and kickstarter email addresses, you should be able to go straight to your My Pledge Drive page and manage things there.
If you have further questions, please either email us at customer.service@paizo.com or start a unique thread here for your individual issue.
thanks!

I'd just like to let folks know that the tech team has looked into this, and determined the following:
Our application logs report success, even on the folks who reported this above, and our mail server logs are clear as well. I checked to ensure our mailserver doesn't erroneously appear on any blacklists, and we also verified that the addresses we're using exactly match the ones provided to Kickstarter. The people who are reporting issues are a mix of existing and newly created users, and there's no commonality in their mail servers.
In short, we don't have an answer. Since we're talking about only a handful out of 4212 people, there very well could be independent unrelated issues affecting each of them. We're still looking, but I suspect we'll never come up with an answer.
But Sara Marie's answer above still holds—if you didn't get an email, let customer service know and we'll resend it.
